Thank you! I love the crackle effect, but I think this is a one time only. It turned out so perfect on Hades. I tried it on another item and it didn’t turn out so well. We will see if I ever crackle a pyo again lol.
Hades, God of the Underworld. He has Dreaming Tree Studio eyes in Eerie Mystique and swarovski in graphite. Tortured souls appearing from the lava, little ghoulies 😃
I don’t have any of the new eye colors, but besides windstones jewel selection I found http://www.fusionbeads.com that has a gorgeous selection of swarovski colors I just got some of the new shimmers and they’re amazing! Light topaz shimmer, light sapphire shimmer, erinite shimmer, light Colorado topaz shimmer, light Siam shimmer, and yellow opal to show a few of their colors, of course much more sparkle and color in person:

It’s pretty much like antiquing after the crackle dries. I went over it a few times to get the black in the cracks the darkness I wanted and my fingers were all pretty black by the time I was done 😃 Trying to keep the black mostly only in the cracks was the tough part.
Work in progress of “Hades” I had been stuck for awhile on what I wanted to try for a lava look and decided to give decoart one step crackle a try. Still more to be done for detail. He’s pyrrole orange, yellow, and art alchemy sparks ginger magic underneath in patches. I think I’m going to put some crackle in places on the rock like he’s appearing from the lava rock. He’s gonna be another one I’d wish for myself like “Hera”
Ooh I love pastel rainbow even more now. Wishing it to be the new light colored production dragons. I’ve always loved the white dragons.
Sad! That’s why I started having them hold my packages, then yesterday they left one and they weren’t supposed to. So now I’m doing signature required for everything.
ARGGG! That doesn’t always work for me! I had a rather pricey trade piece sent to me specifically with Signature Required on it to ensure nothing happened. Well my ditzy mail lady put it on my porch without getting a signature – no one home but that didn’t matter to her! Luckily there wasn’t an issue, but really?!? Sorry to hear about your missing Coiled drag0nfeathers! Hope you do find it! That’s really awful!
Good to know even signature required doesn’t always work…
