I started my new job this week as a petnurse at Banfield the pet hospital and I love it sooo much, however!!! I have so much to learn in just a week! I have to learn the touch screen computers and how they work, which has like at least 20 different screens for each client. I have to memorize all the vaccines and how long they are all good for. The prices for individual tests and vaccines (those not covered under the package plans). How to get in and out of each section of the computers…lab., patient, notes, checkout, diagnosis, treatment, etc. All the many abbriviations they use for each thing.
on top of that..I have to take these courses online and take tests after each one to ensure that I get all of the material. UGH!!!
Talk about a headache!! So much for my weekend off!
