      Thank you to everyone who signed up on the waitlist! The list has now closed. When we are ready, we will begin sending the ordering instructions to those on the list – this process will take some time, and after you receive your ordering instructions you will have some time in which to place your order – no need to rush to order when you receive your email. As you know, these are one per household and duplicate entries will be automatically removed. There will be no shipping to other people or addresses, only to the person who is on the waitlist and is placing the order. When you receive your emailed instructions, please read them as they may be different from past instructions.

      Class photos will be posted – I’ll remind Melody about those. Thank you!

        The Grab Bag is not ready yet! Melody asked me to advise you of what we can about when the “Supernatural Safari” Grab Bag Edition of Resting Ponycorns will be available. We have had various things delay them, as is usual with our Grab Bags! I cannot tell you when they will be ready but several things must happen before they can be. It will definitely not happen this weekend.

        The most important problem we must overcome is that we must be able to easily make USPS Postage Labels for the orders! We normally make those via Paypal however right now we cannot make USPS Postage Labels for orders paid for with credit or debit card due to an issue that Paypal is working on correcting. We are hoping that Paypal will resolve this problem quickly. We are exploring alternative ways of making the labels – Pirate Ship is one of the ways, USPS Click N Ship is another (but it hasn’t been working right either!)

        We are also working on another new kind of Wait List for this Grab Bag. There will definitely be a wait list that you sign up for first, and then those on the list will be notified in random order with a password for placing their order. These details are still being sorted out.

        When we put the waitlist up we will be sending out an email announcement to let you know via our email newsletter announcements . You sign up for these newsletters through the “Stay Connected” Newsletter Subscribe button at the bottom of our website pages. That will be the quickest way to receive the information. We will also make announcements on Facebook and here in the Forum – however I strongly advise you to look for the Email Newsletter Announcement because we might forget to put the information elsewhere. When the waitlist goes up, there will be a big chance that if everyone tries to sign up at once that our site may crash for short periods due to too much traffic. If this happens, please step back and give the site a bit of space before pressing more buttons. We cannot fix it if it crashes, we just have to wait for it to recover.

        I know that these will be one per customer however those details are not completely settled – the rules may be different from in the past. When you receive the information about ordering you will want to read it all. I do not know how many there are yet, however its a pretty big batch.

            This raffle has ended and I have emailed the winner. I have not heard back from them yet – we cannot announce who it is without their permission. Check your email!

            We have had someone let us know they had received a phishing scam notice on Facebook telling them that they had won the raffle – that is not from us.               Our ebay auction for the Bantam Dragon in the green “Celtic” color has the wrong words with it. It is indeed a green Celtic colored dragon – not a blue Galaxis colored one. We apologize for this error!

                  Now that we have been using the Password Protected Re-stocks for a while, I want to update that this is a way we restock SOMETIMES – not every time. There are a number of factors that we consider which help us determine if we should do a Password Protected ReStock or just restock the usual way. The usual way means that an email is sent to everyone on the waitlist with a link to the item so that they can order it. Either way we do it, you will receive an email from us advising you when the item is available to order. If you are not ready to order it when the email comes – you may need to re-join the waitlist for that item after it sells out.

                    If you have emailed to enter the February raffle after receiving the announcement about it and received the response that January’s Raffle was over (instead of the thank you for your entry for Feb), I apologize! I forgot to tell Melody the announcement had gone out and she didn’t get her automated response to the raffle entries changed over to February in time for people to begin entering. She DID get your entries though, even if the response didn’t sound like it. The email entries are landing in the right place and you’ve been entered. I apologize for the confusion.

                      Those Rainbow Spectral and Lap Dragons are being offered in One Per Customer “password protected” form to those who have been on the waitlists the longest. Its going to take a while – the lists are long! -Susie

                        Its Wednesday now and Corvallis is slowly beginning to thaw out – but very slowly! I doubt there will be mail service today and it doesn’t look like the streets will be safe for us to go to work yet. I haven’t looked to see how Portland is, but our mail goes from here to there first, before it goes anywhere else, and that Post Office there has trouble with icy or snowy weather which delays shipments. Stay warm and cozy!

                          That white stuff in Melody’s picture fell on Saturday and today, Monday, it is still all present and accounted for (none of it melted away) and frozen into a solid hard surface! Its like a skating rink outside, all over our streets. Tuesday we may get more ice! I had never seen a forecast of “ice” before and now I see what they meant!!! We are closed today, Monday, and likely closed tomorrow, Tuesday, and I’ll bet if we can drive around Wednesday we’ll need to be starting late. Snow Days! I am thankful my little house is warm and cozy and that I have food in the cupboards and plenty of things I can do indoors. -Susie

                            It has occurred to me that everyone visiting our website may not know that we also have a public company page on Facebook where we try to post messages like the one above about our website glitching. During those glitches it seems that emails sent to us through the “Contact Us” form didn’t go through. We think we have fixed the problem now – but are not positive. I thought it might be helpful to all interested parties that a visit to our Facebook page if something strange is happening on our website might be helpful! Our pages do exist! I know its alarming to order something and then see “page not found” on the website you ordered it from. We apologize!

                              The website did a little glitchy thing where it said “no page found”. I hope it doesn’t do it again! It seems to self-heal when it does this – if you wait and come back to it, it might be o.k. again. I’ll try to check on it during the weekend. Our apologies!

                                  This is not a stupid question! We don’t sell eyes or jewels and extra jewels are not available for the Barong or any other piece that can be adorned with more than what we send with it.

                                  Eyes can be exchanged If you change your mind about the color theme and need different eyes and you are in the U.S. To do that, contact me by email service@windstoneeditions.com with the color you need, the PYO sculpture its for, and your mailing address and I can send you another pair. Later on, when you know you won’t be using the extra eyes you have, you can mail the extras back to me. If you are totally unsure of the eye color that you will need, you can ask for an extra pair (just one please) at the time of your order. Its also possible to ask us to send one eye of one color and the other of another color if your animal is “odd eyed”. You can put notes to us on the order in the Customer Notes section (go through the screens slowly, its easy to miss).
