Ya that was one I had painted that my cat totally smashed.
If it is a small break that was hard to see then it wouldn’t bother me either.

I havent even gotten my grab bag young uni yet 🙁 stupid Canada post takes FOREVER!
I also nabbed a tadpoad and a colt as well, i dont have any natural ones yet so we will see 🙂
Also, if people want to throw temper tantrums because Windstone wants to price their items accordingly so they stay a profitable business then maybe we’re better off.
seriously? I find that rude….not nice to talk about people in that light when they aren’t here to defend themselves or even in general….Hannah has always been nice to me and by your logic, if we don’t agree with everything, we should just leave?
Don’t search for the threads about nirvanacat from before she joined then LOL.
No, im pretty sure her logic was more along the lines of her temper tantrum, disagreeing is fine, but pitching a fit on the company ran forum because you disagree with the pricing isn’t exactly the right course of action.
im still waiting for mine as well!
OMG I hope I get a safari so we can trade!
I am in north idaho, the panhandle. oo, i would love to see the northern lights someday last time they were here it was cloudy
These are from a month or so ago, a couple weeks ago we saw them further north and they were out every night we were there! I even got a picture with the pink in it…I have to upload them into my computer though lol.
No, it’s not a real carousel horse, but it is a real replica of one. I found out that it is one of the replicas made by a company in Mexico of carousel horses made by Herschell, Spillman and Parker that were made at the turn of the century. They didn’t have permission to use the Coca Cola name on the stand and were made to stop doing that. So, the stand may or may not increase the value. Plus, with the exception of some paint missing on the post, it’s in very good condition. I’m really lucky to have found one this nice. I know that there are a lot of fake wood carousel horses out there, but evidently these aluminum ones were such a pain to make, that nobody bothered copying them. They were only made for a short time. It’s nice to find out some history on it. Doesn’t matter what it’s worth. It’s not going anywhere. 🙂
Thats super interesting!
He isn’t really a replica, I don’t think it is a real carousel hose, im pretty sure he is a real coke advertisement though, they are pretty hard to come by I think. If it were mine I would find someone who knows about coke advertisements because some of them are worth good amounts of money.
If anyone is interested in looking at some amazing art in the form of carousel animals look at this http://www.timracer.com/ .
