Green! Although it’s probably wallpaper, and that stuff is horrible. But I really love that setup, the candlelamps with the glass! I was wondering how many people actually lit their candlelamps. The griffin one sits on my workdesk I would dim the lights and light the candle to get a nice mood while I write. 😀
I need to take photos of my tiny collection…mainly it’s just the feathery guys. Just got my pearl gryphlet (I ordered direct last Monday- yeah, they were still around!) but I don’t have the mother yet so I just have the single dad with the gryphlet. He’s a 90’s kinda guy. XD
I myself have never been too keen on the wild colours (being in the Lion King fandom where there’s often neon green lions with wings (flions!) has done that to me) but I like the hits of interference colours. In other words, I like what you’re doing right now. XD
(This is funny because when people started painting their PYOs all sorts of wild colours I was shocked at all the diversity- I painted mine after my characters that were based off real birds of prey! For a while I was contemplating getting another one to just attack with colour. ;-9 I think if Nam presented a wildly coloured griffin there’s a good chance I’ll like it despite anything I’ve said earlier. :D)

I knew the top photo looked familiar. My friend in Louisiana showed that photo to me a long time ago. I think he probably assumed it was taken in his home state.
I wonder if there’s a version of this myth for every state that has gators. 🙄
‘Nother fan here. (Just look at my dA gallery for evidence. XD) I know you’re digging stuff up of Scar for Nam, but if you have some stuff of Mufasa that would be great, too. 😀
(There’s this one snowglobe I’ve wanted…it has Mufasa looking at Simba who’s in the snowglobe…wouldn’t blame ya if you don’t have it because I’ve never seen that one on eBay, just in other people’s collections. :x)
I like ear-fish. Like a babelfish. Sure would come in handy if I ever traveled the world, I could understand anybody I meet! 😆
Lucky you! Congratulations! I tried to get a local store downtown to sell Windstones, but I think they decided they were too expensive for them because the next time I went there they had cheap rubber dragons. XD
I still have yet to see Emerald Peacock in person; I’ve seen gold and black gold in the stores here. I bet those EmPeas are stunning. 😯

It’s supposed to be a “puss caterpillar”, all of which if you do a google image search on the things confirms they all look like walking peices of shag carpeting. I also came across some pictures of people who got stung by them…ouch. 😡

Ditto on the pre-order thing. I’d never be able to catch the auction for the brown chickies that I’m so desperately pining for. XD Maybe if I were home, but a lot of the times these come up when I’m away from home. (How do you guys do it? o.O)

I love that one a lot, it reminds me of a digipainting Nambroth did a little before this colour came out with a lot of the same colours. It’s just such a great combo.

Tons of other test colours that were on eBay.Didn’t Melody say the company they got their paint for the tan griffins weren’t made anymore? (And that the female and chicks were just painted with different paints just matched as close as possible?)

I really would suggest that if you can find a place that does IV Sedation in your area, GO FOR IT. Seriously, it like *blink* We’re done! You don’t even realize you’ve gone unconscious with that stuff.
I even wasn’t too sleepy when I got home. Although when I was still at the office I was dozing off and the doctor was like “stay awake!” I have no idea why I needed to stay awake, and why he expected me to after a procedure like that, but there ya go. But yeah, I was wide awake enough the afternoon after to drink a McDonald’s shake. That was good, but after that, yogurt, Jell-O and soup was what I was eating. 😐
My stomach problems later on probably was just a case of my stomach being sensitive.
Oh, I forgot about the rising your mouth with salt water deal. YUM. Lovely tasting stuff, salt water is. </3 (Yes, I typed it that way on purpose.)
