So I have been a windstone collecting fiend the last two weeks, but thus far I have only received these two new babies in the mail. I am waiting on ummmm…five more. 😀 First up is my Mother Dragon in Patina…she is soo pretty. I don’t think the picture captured her like she is. It seems a bit brighter to me then with the naked eye. She is a gorgeous dragon though…
Next is my Gold Lap Dragon..I have been totally drooling over this dragon and was so happy when she arrived! The gold is just incredible!
That’s all for now. I will be posting more pics of my other Windstones when I actually get them! I am a proud proud Windstone mama!
Yeah I am sooo broke now :yes:Oooo So pretty….pm’d you.
Thats awesome! It is nice to take something that everyone uses and turn it into something that can do some good. Everybody needs stamps! and hey if by pre-ordering them one can help out some animals than so much the better! 8)
Mine Mine Mine!! I’m totally getting him!
The whole thing is pretty much craptastic all around. It sucks what is happening all over to so many people as companies are suffering with the bad economy. Everything is so linked in. I was laid off last year in July when my job got outsourced to India to cut company costs. All I got out of that was 2 weeks severance and my unused vaca time. Better then what alot of people have gotten though. I finally got work a month ago, but for sure it was a struggle the last couple of months. I just kept the faith that everything would work out somehow and it did. It is hard, but chin up! Hang in there!

I grew up in San Mateo!!How funny I work in San Mateo! 😀 I am a transplant to the bay area. I am originally from Missouri and moved out about 6 years ago. I am a big animal lover and have always had a multitude of pets. Currently I have my two cats Nikodemus & Merlin, my two dogs Seraphina & Rebel, two goldfish named Buddha & Tangerine Dream, and a ferret named Cousteau. My interests range all over the place. I love costumes though of all sorts. Rennaisance, Victorian, pin-up, 1920’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, fae love it all. That is why I love my hats. Everytime you put on a hat it is like you get to wear a small costume and be someone different for the day. I am a nature lover and avid fantasy reader…especially of anything to do with dragons. 8)

Wow…just WOW! So beautiful. I love love love Phoenix. They are one of my favorite creatures. How exciting that they are going to eventually be part of the Winstonian family! Really lovely colors on this one too! 🙂
My birthday is…..today! April 18th 🙂
Thanks for all the Welcomes 😀 I am fairly new to Windstone collecting, but I have always admired them. I just bought my first two pieces and I know I will getting more. I love the dragons in particular. I expect them to come to life any second! This past year was a difficult one for myself after getting laid off from my job, but recently I found work again and in celebration I decided to start collecting those beautiful Windstones I had seen through the years. Happy to have joined the forum and to have a connection to all things Windstonian 8) Cheers!
