Here are my others I’ve done and sold. I’m working on another but it’s not done yet. I could post it here first if anyone is interested. Thanks again for the encouragement as I thought my stuff was a bit bright colored for anyone else to like. 😳
Thank you guys!! Your good response prompted me to do a couple others and they both sold on wheelsoff within a day of posting them! I’ll see if I cant post pics of the others I’ve sold since the friesan. 😀
Ack! I thought she meant brown shading and two different color of eyes. 😳 😳 It was two different shading colors and red eyes. 😳 😳 Sorry!
They were the first fantasy books I ever read and that’s why I’m sooo fussy about my copies. I have them in soft and hard cover and have read them at least four times. I’ve read the otherland series three times now. He’s a great author although the “War of the Flowers” book didn’t thrill me as much as his others. Oh, does anyone have a hardcover copy of “Tailchaser’s Song”? With jacket of course. I fell in love with fantasy stuff on Tad Williams and Micheal Whelan’s work. It wasn’t long after that I saw my first Windstone and I was hooked for life. Anyone else out there like Kagaya studio’s art?
Do you have to special order one with purple eyes or will those be relatively easy to get hold of? Have any other golds been featured with purple eyes? Is the eye color a royal dark purple or a light lavender like the poads? How much is he gonna cost? He’s being offered through stores right? Can you tell I’m a little excited? 😀 😀 Where is Corvallis located? I hadn’t heard of it til now. 😳
It was an old hardback, I think the jacket just got lost as the actual hardback cover is in ok condition.
They said they didn’t have one and apologized for the mislabel and we had purchased their last copy of it at that time. They were really nice about it but I still ended up with no cover. I still shop there alot as they’ve got great prices.
That’s actually what happened in the first place. I bought it twice, once on ebay and once on amazon. Both were supposed to have covers but neither did. I kept the better of the two books and gave up about six months ago. One copy said new and actually looked like a dog had chewed on it. 😯
Has anyone else read the Memory, Sorrow and Thorn series by Tad Williams? It starts with The Dragonbone Chair and is a series of three hardback or four softcover books. It’s an awesome series and I’m looking for the jacket cover to The Dragonbone Chair if anyone has one I’d pay you 3 or 4 dollars for it. I know it’s a bizarre request just to want a jacket cover but I’d really appreciate the help finding one. A really good read if you haven’t read it. The Otherland series by Tad Williams is good too.
Thank you. I appreciate it, I know that sometimes certain colors hide themselves in photos. My custom horses can be a pain when I use metallics (which is most of the time!) Thanks again. I know I didn’t see them on your site but do you have any rainbow fledgies hiding in a back room I might be able to purchase? (insert puppy-eyed smiley here!)
Are the new OW’s going to be brown-gold or the purple-gold? (Please say purple gold!) Oh, and what color eyes are being considered? Did you have a good trip to Corvalis? (Not sure on the spelling there 😳 )
I’ve got a rainbow young and I’d like a rainbow fledgie but I don’t really care for the bigger rainbow dragons. Does the new em-peacock lap have much purple? I know it doesn’t show well in the pics I’ve seen. I’m wanting a lap and deciding whether I should get black gold or em-peacock. If they do decide to bring out a gold w/purple highlights I’d have to have a male. I was wanting a gold male and don’t like the brownish gold as much. Are the gold ow’s they’re doing now the kind with brown or purple? I may have to post an ask Melody.
