I am disciplined, but not having any extra money to spend helps. I don’t work and my husband is only a SPC in the army so we rarely have extra cash. Our savings account is almost empty.
We also have had some car maintence issues in the last year that ate up any extra money we could have. We actually owe my parents close to $3,000 since they paid to replace the tansmission in my husband’s car.
I’m the one who keeps the checkbook, not him. At times I’m glad I do because he has a hard time telling me no when I want something. He’ll often go without so our son and I can have things.
We got a sizable income tax return, but half of that went to pay off my husband’s car (yeah we own both our cars now) and the other half will go to the credit card company.
My husband is going to be deploying in a few months and I plan on being just as tight with our money (once he hits 30 days in country it becomes tax free). I want to have the credit card and my school loan paid off, as well as put some money into savings. I just have to keep the “theraputic spending” down and I’ll get them done.
Oh and we don’t have a lot of space to display stuff since we live in a 2 bedroom apartment on post.

That must mean I’m the real oddball. Since I joined I’ve only bought one PYO and that’s it. My collection is the same size as it was before hand.
Not all of my Windstones have names and some I’ve forgotten. My Black Male unicorn is named Raiden’s Requiem and it’s a name I’ll never forget.
When I was going to the post office to pick up my mail that had been held while I was on vacation I said to myself “Raiden’s Requiem is waiting on me.” When I got the mail there was the orange card to sign for him so I signed it and got the package that day too.

That would more than likely be Harmony (the vampire in question from the beginning of this thread) since she crossed over from Buffy to Angel. Hmm…now I’ll have to pull out Angel and look for them on “Harm’s” desk.
I’m not to familiar with that site either. The note I added is on the episode summary and should always be there. You can’t really leave comments on notes, you can only leave them on blogs and then in forums.

To have it right at the till says something good about windstone gargoyles I think.
See I knew there were other Windstones in other episodes. I also remember seeing the White Male Unicorn or White Young Unicorn in a display case at the Magic Box in at least one other episode.
I’m only on one other forum for a comic book and I have to say I like this one better. It’s much busier. The other one is so dead. The only reason I even joined was so I could keep up with release dates for the upcoming issues since I have to go in to Savannah (nearly an hour drive) to pick up the comic.
Sweet! I just checked tv.com and my note about the Windstone unicorns got approved.

I have to say this is one I don’t like. The colors of the feathers don’t go with the colors of the griffin. And to me putting the feather on it makes it seem cheap.
