After that dragon I just could not stop and so I present to you:
Tanrei, the Kirin
He is inspired by the mascot (not sure if its called that in english) of the kirin beer company 😀 I just could not resist.
I think he turned out pretty well even if I did not manage to catch the 3 different gold shades on the mane or the gold lining on the red scales very good in the photo. The blue on the scales is more prominent than I originally planned, but I like him better this way. In the beginning I also wanted to get each scale a gold lining as well but then I thought maybe this would be too much.
He doesn´t have a finish yet. I´m still trying to find a good one.
I kinda wanted to save the turquoise color for the Orientals

I didn´t dare ask for that, it would just be too good to be true! The Turquoise Orientals so far have been absolutely stunning. To have these as LP or regular pieces would be fantastic!I used my holidays well and here is my first dragon. He does not have a definite name yet.
Originally he was inspired by the different colors of the leaves when the sun shines through them. But… Whenever I look at him he reminds me of the colors on the leaves of my Avocado-Plant :p
But Avocado really is no name for a dragon, don´t you think?

The new color will not exactly match the old color. I decided to bite the bullet and just paint them the way I wanted them to look, and not try to match the old “wolf” color.
That is why they have the new eye color. ( this color is better :bigsmile: )Thank you for your concern, Melody 🙂
Don´t worry, I know that the new color is different from the old one, but that is exactly why it´s so perfect for me. I´m not collecting whole families in one color and this new wolf color matches the old one enough so they look like siblings but is also different enough that you can easily see it´s a different color … Perfect 😀
And the new eye color is very pretty on them although I also liked the green very much.I was wondering the whole day why no one said anything about these supercute new Griffins but couldn´t write anything until now 🙂

I´m hoping for anything but appaloosa.
It would be a dream to either get
the little pinto one on the bottom shelf, front row, 2nd from the right,
or the 2nd one from the left,
or the little black and white one in the 2nd row (1st on the right),
or the black one with the little white spot on its head (middle on the top shelf)
:love:And teal eyes or two eye-colours would be extremely great. 😀

Oh my, so many supercute babys! This really is the best batch so far.
I really can´t wait to get mine, but this will take at least another 2 weeks (if customs work fast…) :((
