April 21, 2011 at 9:11 pm in reply to: A Windstone Editions coffee table/photo book would be awesome! #843077I remember the main delay with that was she didn’t have photos/images of all the COA sketches. I know at one point there was a thread dedicated to collecting photos from everyone who had COA’s. I’d love to see that one happen as well! 🙂
One good thing about the eBay pieces is Pam most likely has an archive of most/all of the photos. Though I know Melody and the gang have had so much on their plate (plus the move), projects like this are probably put on the back burner often. But it would be awesome if it could be done eventually! 🙂
Dragonmedley I love it!! I received my swap piece from her today and it is absolutely fabulous! I will take some photos and share them soon! 🙂
They are all so amazingly gorgeous!! And Hannah that Keeper you painted is now my top favorite of yours! Just spectacular!
This is such an adorable piece! 🙂 I love all the bright colors!
Gorgeous Hannah!! WOW! :O
Thanks everyone, I appreciate it very much! 🙂
I created a new PYO thread since this is from the old forum, but you can still access this one. The new thread is located here, in the Paint-Your-Own Windstone forum.
Thanks so much everyone, I sincerely appreciate it! And awesome idea TDM, that would be a pleasant color to work with! 🙂
@Poems LOL I can only imagine what the offspring of a Muse and a Keeper would look like! XD
Here is my latest PYO! I wanted to create a Keeper inspired by Ming Dynasty Chinese porcelain. She has been carefully “weathered” to give her the appearance of an ancient artifact, as if she is newly discovered and still caked with small patches of mud. She has been given multiple coats of high gloss varnish to enhance the appearance of porcelain glaze. She has metallic periwinkle eyes and a crystal tail jewel. In her paw she holds a strand of genuine Chinese pottery beads. She is one of my favorites! 🙂
Update: “Ming Dynasty” is now sold.
That would be awesome, maybe sometime we could do one as a collab! It would be fun to paint our own blue line art sceneries/patterns.
Very cool PYO’s! I am loving these colors so much, and Evergreen is spectacular! It looks like he is standing in the snow!
I want him! :O I LOVE how you used the dark eyes against those bright colors. So beautiful!
