I’ve Conned my Mom into get both the Male & I Cataclysm for Christmas. 😀
I believe she even got Him the Collectors. 😆 (I got the BC Collectors, Next Expansion I’ll get the collectors again, unless the Bug-Boo is playing.)Buggy is Learning to read with Monday-Friday Half hour Help from Super Why! 😮 He’s now essentially taught himself (before we discovered Super Why) at 2.5 his Capital Letters, & starting the Sounds/syllables of the individual letters, & now at just over 3 Years his Lower Case letters & the Combined Sounds, as well as Identifying the sounds when Said by others.
SO
My Poor Old Puppy girl is in some serious discomfort/pain.
We took her to the Vet to get her More Prednisone (Just moved, so the new one needed to see her before giving us more).
During the Check up what we thought was just another Flare up of Yeast due to Allergies in her ear wasn’t our Regular stuff.
& The Bleeding wasn’t from the fact she’d scratched/rubbed the shit out of it again (Poor thing lives in the Cone most of the time), with Freshly Trimmed nails.
The Bleeding was from the fact that she’s got something far more sinister in there, that’s breaking down the Cell Walls, & essentially eating the surface of her Ear canal, & possibly Ear Drum. 😥 😡 :negative:
Poor Baby Dog.
She may also have Crystals trying to form. Yay for being off & on Prednisone for the last 8 years, & High White Dalmatian.Minor Good News part is that the aggravation her Poor Eye is feeling is probably just from her Allergies, & not entirely due to the fact her Lens is floating around in there. Ahhh Crap, another Whine, We’ve forgotten Yet AGAIN to get her Benadryl. 🙄
There’s several for me.
Rainbow Lap. (An Emperor would be nice too)
& the Black Griffin families. Both sets. But Especially the Original Black Male.Oh & if it was the LE/AE/LP’s I Really really NEED Jen’s Labrador’s!!!

I couldn’t log in for a week or two until Shaun reset my password for me! ( the new password didn’t praise my memory for details, but at least I could remember it!)
So remember your passwords folks!*Giggle*
I nearly had to have him do that for me too!
& it was/is a Password I should be able to remember! 😳So These actually turned out rather tasty.
Unfortunately I didn’t have the stuff to make Icing for ’em, but hey they work fine enough this way for Khym.
Oh I also couldn’t find our Rolling Pin(s) or Cookie Cutters. We also figure we’d have to make a Triple size recipe to make enough for a decent sized Gingerbread House. & I’ll Italicize the “alterations” I made, otherwise I’m Writing it out like it is in the Book. Remember that this is a Scholastic Kids Book from 1989.Gingerbread

They’re great for my Daughter & her God-Mother!!November 30, 2010 at 8:00 pm in reply to: PLEASE help give them a good HOME! 🙂 updated 9/5/2011 #774103I Dunno.
I haven’t seen 99% of my Uni-Hoofer Collection in over a decade now.
Seriously.
I left them at home with my Mom until they could be Moved Nicely, aka I also had more stability or my Mom was moving.
Now they’ve been packed for the last 2 years or so since my Mom’s moved out this way, still not feeling stable enough to get ’em out (& like I don’t have enough space) but we’re planning on it, since we do plan on being here for the next several years.
We’re planning on being here until the Male has his Trade Ticket, & he just went from year 2-3 out of a “4” Year trade. so year 3 schooling for 3-4, & then year 4, followed by school for Journeymen. If we then spend one more year while he’s getting that first years experience as a Journeymen then we can also use that time to decide what we want to do, where we want to live.I’ve been a Long time Lurker the last little while, but regaining in my time spent communicating with what I came to know as “Family” back when I was a Regular.
I just usually think hard about things before I post, & make sure that it’s actually worth it for me.
Pussywillow.
&
RainPusscat was my first, we’re pretty sure she was even a full breed Maine Coon, but she “Strayed” her way into our family, & got to stay due to “Black Friday”/”Tornado ’87″(Bad Tornado that his Edmonton July 31st 1987) here. She was a Dro Dead Gorgeous Storm Cloud Blue-Grey Tuxedo. The colour of a Perfect storm cloud (Which we had many of that Day) NO Stripes except for a few on her face(The M, & oddly enough a few tan ones around her eyes that looked like makeup), a White spot that was like a rain drop going from her tail to her head, & on her white legs there were interesting spots of colour. I keep waiting for my Mom to get the Pics of her on the computer so that I can post some. I really really want to get a Windstone panted up like her (along with my other Critters, but she was the MOST special, with Jube close behind, & the other that’s the most important to me to get done). She was helped across the Bridge in 2005, & I believe that she came to us between a year or 2 old.
Rain is our current cat, she was a Dark/Black Silver-Blue body with Black Points until a year old when she shed out to a Black Smoke(With a Red Cast, which is really odd since she is definitely not Sun washed, since she’s odd & doesn’t like to lie in the sun) & as she’s been getting older her Lighter undercoat has been getting darker. She also has a Rain Drop shaped White Locket. She’s 9 years old now.
Congrats Copper!
foxfeather wrote:Should be okay for house building, as long as you let it cool propperly and as careful and paitient with it 😀 If you need a good traditional gingerbread recipe, drop me a note. Mines from England and over 100 years old. And I may have to ask for your Honey Gingerbread Recipe….
Fair enough trade I’d think! 😀
Mine’s from a Christmas Book I’ve had forever that does the 12 Days in Gingerbread. They give the recipe they used at the end.
Tentative plan is for me to do it tomorrow night.
Since I only have the energy & Attention span right now to either make supper or Bake.
Still trying to get the energy to Sweep the house & do more than 2 loads of Laundry a day. (& Using cloth diapers while only having a half to less than that of a “Proper” supply means one of your loads is definitely Diapers.)mmloda wrote:I know, thanks again, my concern is Maks’s vet bills and all the bills that we still need to pay off from that, as well as all of the other bills and the morgage. Our cmas isn’t going to be anything special either this year, it will have to be on a much smaller scale. I am just thankful that we didn’t buy a car cause we’ve been talking about it, so I guess thats the only positive right now! We’ll just have to repair the car we have and hope that it lasts until everything gets figured out again!
I fell out of from the Maks updates.
Is he still doing well?
He still on the Pred?
Jube is still/back on the Pred & hard on it again until we can find out & then figure out our options for that eye & Lens of hers. & Then afford whatever the option is. Reminding me I need to get to her vets since she’s pretty much out. At least the Pred isn’t horribly expensive.mmloda wrote:Thank you Lupin! I would really appreciate it….I just can’t believe this is happening!especially right now!
I understand!!
We had it not last year but the year before.
The Male had gone to school for the months of Sept-October.
Was back to work & then Laid off by the end of November.
We’ve been trying to recover from that still.
Then the Move this summer.
Top off with his having to go back to school by the end of this year, so we’ve got that done.
At least this year he *Knock on Wood* hasn’t been laid off this time.
We may make it, & get the bills cleared.
But Christmas isn’t going to be anything “Special”, we still need too much of the “Basic” & Big things for the Baby(You really don’t want to know about the stroller, trust me you really don’t, suffice it to say that we can’t just get any double thanks to Khym & his Issues), & to get back on top of the bills. Oh & wait we already know there’s going to be a 2 weeks “Holiday Shutdown” so we’ll need to make sure we have rent & other bills able to be paid for that. Toss on still needing car repairs on BOTH vehicles(one so that we can get it back).
But there’s definitely a light at the end of our Tunnel, there will be for yours too, you just have to make sure you remember to look past the Lamps on the wall to see it. 😈I think I’m going to be “Greedy” & Enter this, if you will. 😀
Please & Thank you. -
