littleiron, I actually used to make their food my self totally raw diet, and thye did well too, but with work and stuff I had to stop 🙁 , and there is no one here that sells the pre-made stuff. But I am able to get some food that is considered on par with barf diet, it is called bark diet. It consists of 70% protien from vet inspected meats, and 30% veggie and fruit matter. No grains, and as my girl is allergic to corn at least, that is a good thing.

What pretty girls! Here is mine:

I checked out that link you posted, but they don’t have any distributors in Quebec. Although I am very happy with the one I’m using right now! It’s only been a week, but I’ll let you know what the blood tests say in 3 months!

Ruffian, Just thought this might interest you… After many years of searching and reading, I was finally able to switch my dog to a raw meat and bones diet! I finally found a producer who prepares it ready to use. The food comes in neat hockey puck form (frozen), each puck is the equivalent of 1 cup of food and there are 24 pucks per bag. So all I need to do is defrost 2 pucks every day and that’s it!

The other fun thing is, that since my dog has been on a dry food diet ever since she was weaned, she’s the perfect candidate to demonstrate the benefits of switching to a raw meat and bones diet, so the producer has asked that she participate in this study where a vet takes a blood sample before she starts the diet and another one 3 months after the transition, so the results can be compared.

Can’t wait to see the results!

            Except for us Canadians! 😉

True, the picture is horrible, but we know how nice it really is and the price is nice. Especially for us Canadians who won’t have to have it shipped across the border with all the trouble and expense involved. This seller is listing a few items at competitive prices, I hope some people here get them…

I wonder what we would have to do to have melody personalize the ones we buy on ebay??? 😆

OH but maybe that would be an idea for the first of us to join the club 😯 .

I don’t think that would be fair. There shouldn’t be any discrimination. Last to join gets the same thing as first to join. If this club thing ever happens of course, hopefully. 😀

Well, although I will agree with you about the mane and tail, I wouldn’t say that about the painted pony’s pose. The horse you pictured running is really at a galop when the painted pony is closer to a collected canter, like this dressage horse here.

So while it is, somewhat less active, it still is very accurate in my opinion.

But in any case, of course if he doesn’t catch your eye you shouldn’t buy him because you will end up not wanting to paint him… And $30.00, when you have it, is still a very acceptable price. 😉

I’ve been thinking, since some dragons have already been sold in Emerald-Peacock (SK and POW), wouldn’t it make it confusing to change the name now?

I thought I’d repost this in case any of the new members were interested.

I have an Emerald Mother Dragon with tag, in mint condition, with the original box, from a non-smoking home. Click on thumbnail for bigger picture.

And I would like to trade her for an Emerald Fledgling. Fledgling has to be in mint condition from a non-smoking home. Original box and tag would be nice but not absolutely necessary.

I have sold and traded with several members of this Forum and you can also check on my ebay feedback (I’m 9944Sylvie) for reference.

If you’re interested please send me a private message and we’ll see if we can come to an agreement.

I’ve been eying this pegasus for a while now, and I really rather like it. But it’s so very much less than any other resin horses I’ve seen, that I’m just wondering what’s wrong with it. Is it just that this is a mass-produced horse rather than a small edition, or is there something else up here?

SPark, is your heart set on a fantasy equine. Because if you’re just looking for a practice piece, the least expensive I’ve found is the PYO Pony from the Trail of Painted Ponies.
