Blasphemy!
You haven’t seen the trashcans around here. >:}
You should have a scratch and dent sale! Even less than perfect Windstones deserve good homes. 😀

Well done Nirvana~ That was very generous of you! 😀
Maybe it does what it wants, when it wants. lol I have paid several private sellers with my CC without a problem. I feel safer using my CC with private sellers, in case there is a problem with the order. It’s much easier to deal with my CC company, than to try to get my money back through PayPal.
I second what Sunny said!

I thought I did ooppss!!
Toooo late – now we know where the dragons are! lol
J/K!! 😀Whenever you pay for an item, you should always have the option to pay with your credit card. On the “Check Payment Details” page, look at the “Source of Funds”. In small print you should see a link for “More Funding Options”. That’s where you can choose to pay by credit card. Once you choose a credit card and hit continue, you will get a page with the “are you sure you want to pay by cc” stuff. Make sure you hit “yes”, because they actually have “no” highlighted. PayPal is devious!
Yup, I’m thinking good thoughts for you on this, too! If they had any sense, they would just put what they “borrowed” on your porch, steps or wherever you would be sure to find them. Do they really think you are just going to forget the whole thing?
On a side note: While reading Nirvana’s post, I pictured her storming their house dressed like Xena, complete with sword! lol
lamortefille wrote:I don’t know how much you are willing to spend, but http://www.shopheadlines.com has an emerald coiled mother with gold egg for $120. They have other emeralds as well. I have ordered from them before. Their shipping is expensive, but all 3 pieces that I ordered arrived in mint condition.
Update: I have been in contact with them and they said they are going to review the shipping prices. I think that is cool, because a lot of places would say, “it is what it is”. They are super nice people to deal with!

I didn’t know these were made.
No, not a windstone. Looks like the seller took it off.It is now listed in their eBay store (Item number: 110068653119) and is still listed as a Windstone.

So from now on- PM me links to sale items I’m specifically asking to buy so I have a chance in hell of checking it before someone else stealth-snags it.
Uh, sorry – I was just trying to help. 😳
Dragon Master wrote:well this was my pewter chess set we where talking about. It’s not Michael Whelan. I got it from a game store in a mall in 1989 and I think it was origianlly from the Belena Bay Pewter Smiths. I’m not really sure where it origianlly came from but I seem to remember that they had it at the Belena Bay Pewter stall at the Renn Faire a year or 2 after I bought it. I also bought the board in the Belena Bay Pewter store on Pier 39 in 1989. I’m not even sure if Belena Bay is still in business, I have never been able to find them or the chess set on line
OIC! 😯 I will wait for pictures then…
