I can tell you pretty surely that’s not Windstone. It’s not in any Windstone encyclopedia, not listed on the website, and I’ve never seen it in any relation to Windstone before now. I don’t think Melody’s ever done little devilish gargoyle imps like that.
I think the seller’s just trying to rip off collector’s who don’t know better.

No, not a windstone. Looks like the seller took it off.

It is now listed in their eBay store (Item number: 110068653119) and is still listed as a Windstone.

This thing is now listed as a “Fairy Magic”… and there is no mention of Windstone that I can find in the entire listing. Of course, there is also no mention that I can find of this having been erroneously listed in the first place.
