This piece, I must say right off the bat… I LOVE. I absolutely LOVE the piece and would be keeping him if he wasn’t my trade piece for Grayfire Artz 🙂 I just hope she likes him as much as I do!!Photos are VERY washed out, so keep in mind the colors vary a LOT from the actual sculpture x__x. His base color was blue actually (looks white) and so he’s not this light, more a middle tone. He is VERY shiny with interference, iridescent, and metallic colors. His whole body has a red interference tint, his wings have green, the back of his wings have blue and his “spine” has gold interference. All the purple on him is metallic and all other colors are iridescent. He looks STUNNING in the sun 😀
I was going to antique him like normal, but after loving how he came out, I didn’t want to chance it and have the possibility of his colors being tinted another color.
Since I like him so much, I’m going to ask my friend (with the awesome camera xD) if he could take some pictures of him before I send him off. I’ll post those here too when that happens.

Oh man, he looks awesome. I LOVE the back of the wings! Love the stripes too, specially on the back of his head. What color are his eyes? They looks almost pink on my monitor.

Yes, also wondered about the glossy and matte finishes on the blacks. My Scratcher BG is SUPER shiny, but my Lap is weird. His head is shiny but the rest of his body is not 😕
