Mine was hacked years ago. Thankfully, it was never verified.
But now, I use paypal just as much but it’s still not verified and I take my debit card information off RIGHT after I make a payment. A bit time consuming to add and delete the card every time I make a payment, but worth it if a hack where to happen again… they’d have no “money” information.Wow. He looks great. Love the gold “trim”.
Oh wow! I love how those scales came out! He looks awesome!

earthquake putty is used in museums to secure artifacts to shelves. I live in CA which is earthquake country. I got it at Home Depot. They make a gel also but I had a feeling that might include an oil of sorts and did not like the idea of ruining the felt pad with oil. It’s like silly putty and you break off a piece and mold it as you like and press it on the piece and put it on the shelf and it will then stay in place. When I get my glass display cases I used it on just about EVERYTHING I put in the case. It said on the label that all you should have to do is twist the item if you want to break the seal or you can cut thru it with fishing string. I do not think I would EVER try to use it again. It is very cheap also I think I got like 5 of them for like $20. I feel much better knowing that they are secure in the casesAnd it doesn’t ruin the felt pads? Interesting.
Good thing I live where there are no earthquakes.Dragon Master wrote:vapordragon wrote:I rearrange when I buy new dragons. I have been doing alot of that since joining the forum. π I have run out of room in my curio. Time to start looking for a new one.
I have a curio cabinet store saved in my favorites at home. I fell in LOVE with a cabinet that would fit nicely with the 2 I already have but I’m at work and do not have it saved her I’ll try to remember to find it at home tonight.
I do NOT re arrange mine. They are all puttied to the shelves with earthquake putty even the Emperor’s on the bottom shelves. I hope to get another case soon I’m out of room
…earthquake putty? o.O
I have a lot of sculptures I’ve collected over the years, so when I get an urge to clean I clean till 6am and I bust out the q-tips and water to clean each one π
And yes, it is a random urge when it happens!Hi there.
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a PYO commission from me. I have an itching to paint a unicorn or a ki-rin, but at the moment lack any extra funds for this month (or space to keep another one for that matter!). I have yet to do a pyo commission as of yet.
Since it would be my first, I’d be willing to paint for a lower price (though you’d have to include funds for the sculpture himself, unless you sent a blank my way :)) or just throw an offer.
A have a few pictures of my stuff in the gallery…Thanks for looking!
Romeodanny wrote:I have to say either. It would more than likely be too expensive for me either way.
Ditto and agreed.
Ooo Ski! Awesome collection!! One of the unicorn’s horns broke off?
Who did that gray/black stripy Ki-Rin in the last photo? Thanks for the comments everyone! I really appreciate it! π
Yes, his eyes are Lavender π

It’s only $238. I bet you’ve already spent that much on Windstones.
Yes, but not on one sculpture. That’s really what I’m saying. I can’t justify spending that much on a single sculpture (like how much these limited ones go for on ebay). Multiple ones yes π
I’ll get him, I will. Just have to wait till all these recent bills are paid and my money funds are back up π It’s like… August just bombarded me with every bill possible ππ I like hearing stories like that. I don’t work in anywhere “busy” like that so the most fun we have are along the lines of having giant robots donate money for us or screaming random stuff through the store when customers are there. Thanks for sharing π

Thanks! π

Thank you π I think painting the Unicorn was more fun than the Ki-Rin!
