Done! Looks like everyone who wanted Emerald has one, maybe. That last batch sat in the store for a while, which is the only reason I managed to get one, I think. =) It also seems that the silver with blue eyes wins the popularity contest with the lavender-eyed one. c.c

Ditto. I’m with keschete on this. I think the collectors who love Windstones for what they are, and not what they’re worth dollar-wise should be able to afford them. Like I said, if you’re one of those who’s online all the time, and will be watching for the new releases…let me know if you’re willing to text my cell so I can hustle home to help the list of people who can’t. = Yeah, that includes myself! Hehe. Now, now. This thread is only for things that may show up in the store again! Sorry mmloda. =( Melody said they wouldn’t make any more gold curlies, and I’m pretty sure the white ones are long gone…e.e

DragonsCavern, if you want to see the sneak peeks, just go to General Windstone, and look for a thread called “Dark Zorse’s Sneak Peek of the Week!” (or something like that, heh). She gives us a peek of the factory once a week on Friday nights. =)

This is for people who can’t be online to watch for the appearance of stuff in the store all day (like myself), who would like some assistance from willing fellow forum members in catching a dragon! 😉 Anyone who’d be willing to help us out, let me know, so we can get an idea of who’s doing what. @.@

This particular thread is going to be for people who are waiting for a curl in whatever color to reappear (or show up for the first time!) in the store. If you’re wanting a Rainbow or Silver Hatcher, drop a note in the Who Wants Royal Hatchers? thread – I’ve got a list made there, already – page 2.

I’ll only list things that have a possibility of showing up in the store again (that means no gold curlies, according to Melody), and things that have a good chance of eventually being produced (these are under the Unannounced Colors). So, I’ll start us out!

I guess this is dragging an old subject out of the closet, but! I need a little help!

I didn’t think I’d ever find a light peacock oriental (but I did, with Rusti’s help), so was happy to have one even with a bit of damage. I knew his horn had some ‘paint’, as the online shop described it, coming off, but wanted him anyways. =) I received him today, and here is a pic of the plating peeling off :

The other horn already has hairline cracks going across it the way this one probably started out.

Basically, I’m wondering, what do you guys think I should do? I don’t want to just paint over it, because I’m sure it’ll peel back eventually anyways…should I sand it down a bit and THEN paint or leaf it? Ah, decisions…I don’t want to mess him up, he was hard to find! = I see that it’s been suggested that environment can affect the life of gold plating, and I suspect that might have had something to do with this, since he smells a bit like incense…

I also bought a couple of things from them that were no longer available. It seems high, but I think that if those items were actually up for auction/offers, they’d go for about the same in the end…

I updated the list, and added a note – if anyone wants to contact me with a text when the next set comes out, I am more than willing to run home (it’s only 5 minutes from work) to lend my credit card power to helping the list out. It looks like there’s about 6 people waiting on each thing, at most…but that’s a lot of $~! PM me if you don’t mind doing that!
