Here are mine, the black male is about 16 or 17 years old…he waited a long time for the female and the chicks 🙂
I agree, you have a white coiled (generally refered to as the male) He can be repaired, there are several people who can repair him for you. I don’t think it will be that big of a deal. The damage is bad, but not so bad he can not be fixed. He is a retired piece and not as common as some of the others…so if you spend a bit getting him fixed, I think you will still be ahead compared to buying one on ebay.
It is great that you “rescued” him!
Those look fantastic. I am so thrilled that they got a good home and that they even have their own hoard started!!! 😆
Skylover wrote:201 (Including PYOs). I keep track of them on an Excel spreadsheet. I hope I’m not the only one who does this…
I do the same thing. I even got a seperate insurance policy, the spreadsheet is for the insurance. We have hurricanes, and the flood and homeowners will not cover my Windstones due to replacement value….
You know you are addicted when you have an Excel database listing your pieces, their value, if they are retired/LP/signed/ COA…..
And you have the database for the insurance you carry on your Windstones…..

Siberakh1, if you do get to come down this way, let me know! Really, I wouldn’t mind meeting anyone here. 🙂
Siberakh1 came down for Mardi Gras a few years ago and it would be great to see her again and of course I met Bayoudragon today 🙂 I hope you like the Hatchers! Maybe all three of us could get together over Mardi Gras….we have a great Mardi Gras in Houma and we have a great place to stand.
Of course I would like to meet most of the people on the forum….but especially DragonMaster and Bardwing, both have always been super nice to me. I would love to visit Windstone and meet the whole staff!
Magical Ohmaha is a great place to buy from. They are easy to deal with and they pack well. I have purchased a few things from them in the past. You shouldn’t be disappointed.

I noticed that. I have a Black Emerald Peacock Old Warrior and he is fantastic. Cost me a pretty penny. He is my most expensive piece. I still haven’t told my husband how much I spent on him. 😮
I really would like a Secret Keeper in BEP and of course a Fledgie and a Curl.

Thanks, they are Bearded Dragons, and I am such a Dragon fanatic! When I found out I could own REAL dragons, I had to have them.
There are quite a few lizards in the Agama family that are called dragons. I would really love a Frilled Dragon, like on Jurassic Park, but they need a really tall enclosure. I am thinking about buying some Neon Tree Dragons, because they stay small. Chinese Water Dragons are cute too!
I admit, I have a problem
Gorgeous!
April 12, 2010 at 2:54 am in reply to: If you won the April raffle which piece would you pick? #810630My choice hands down, would be the Old Warrior! I love Old Warriors and I have 11. Sooooo, I am drooling over Opoponax!!!!
With that said, that Griffin is simply gorgeous and I have a special place in my heart for the griffins also, so as a second pick, Pierce would be it!
Melody wrote:Opoponax is a test paint, which leaves the possibility of that color being used in the future..
He is painted black, copper and gold to resemble Egyptian tomb relics that I’ve seen in museums. I don’t think he will be a production color because it is too similar to the “Black Gold ” color, but I may do some dragons in the future as limited production.
Thank you, I like him a lot too! That is a perfect description of his color! He looks like something out of Tutankhamun’s Tomb!!! 8)
squeek* I squeak for LP Black Copper Gold OW’s, Fledgies, Curls and Coiled Mommas! squeek*Kyrraven wrote:They’re gorgeous! Do you mind if I try to do some drawings from your photos?
You are welcome to use them, my photobucket account has lots of animal pictures….and better pictures of them. Its keschete on photobucket.
This is a neat website…..I usually tune in late evenings to watch the Raccoons…..there are also Possum, Squirrels, Wild Boar and Black Bear…..
Sorry to hear! That is really crappy! If you need anything or if there is anything I can do…please let me know! Hugs and thanks for the Welcome back! Kaya
