My husband and his friends are all car nuts…One of our friends (the wife’s car) has a new Shelby Cobra in White with the red stripes and red interior. It is gorgeous. She is my age (40’ish) and got a ticket for reckless op and excessive accelleration…some young punk in a 4 cylinder something challenged her in traffic and she finally got enough. Unfortunately a cop was a few cars back….
Anyways, she loves the car and they got it for close to sticker…so good luck! Life is short! Enjoy it!

I am forever having hot shots that are 17 in their Honda Civic with the picnic table attached to the hatch back coming up beside me when I am in either the Vette or worse the Viper, reving up their 4 cylinder engines that sound like lawnmower engines).
Good Lord! I try to be nice to them and smile….but at some point it is just riduculous!
So the Knight Rider double wing made me shake my head in disgrace also!!!
Over all it was a pretty good show. At least in encourages car fanatics and that is a good thing!

When you give them the cold shoulder for a few weeks…after a few years some of them are capable of learning.
After 15 years, I give my husband his birthday, Valentines, anniversary, Christmas cards the evening prior to the holiday. Now he doesn’t forget..though I am worried if I don’t do a subtle reminder…he might forget.

Just wanted to share. These are some videos I shot of my nephew at the Aquarium of the Americas in New Orleans on Labor Day Weekend 2007.
He is the only child, grandchild, nephew in either family and he had to have heart surgery at 2 months of age. He will probably continue to be the only child. So he is pretty special and he is gonna be pretty spoiled!!!! His name is Spencer and he was 10 mths old in the video. That is my sister on the 2nd video with him.

Hehehe…yeah..actually all hedgies have those legs. When they run, they stand up on those legs and go. Normally you can’t even tell they have legs.
They HATE being bathed and try very hard to stretch and get out. They are supposed to be “stupid” primitive mammals, but I have found that they are anything but dumb.
They see very poorly but the do the Flehmin response with tasting smells, like cats do and they hear very well. I love my hedgies, they are clean, easy to care for (for an exotic) and lovely creatures if handled gently.
