I figured I would make a quick update post since I just went in for a biopsy today.Let me preface that by saying that my increased tiredness was merely a culprit of an underlying problem: my cycle was lasting far too long. I won’t get into the icky details, but lets just say that at some points I seriously considered going to the emergency room because I was afraid I could die in my sleep.
I have been put on medications to stop that issue and the tiredness has all but gone away. After having my regular yearly exam and everything seemed fine, my doctor ordered an endometrial biopsy. For those of you that may not know what this is, I’ll put it in simple terms so you don’t have to look it up: biopsy on the lady parts.
It was a lot easier to go through with than I thought, so if any of you ever have to get this done please don’t be nervous! Talk to your doctor about your concerns beforehand, and if she/he is anything like mine, they will help soothe your fears. It’s not a comfortable procedure but it’s very fast (took less than 5 minutes for me). That said, I am very tired after it! I figure its because of the stress I put on myself before/during, and not a side effect of the procedure itself. I should have my results in a week.
Once that all checks out, the main MAIN culprit of this entire thing: weight. I need to lose it! They are thinking that my cycle is starting to go haywire because I am overweight. This is fair enough – regardless of what happens with my biopsy, I am starting a new diet at a clinic in town after the Holidays.
So, here’s hoping that the biopsy turns out to be normal, because of all of the crazy things that COULD be wrong, I’d like to stick with the demon that I know – and I know I can beat 🙂

THIS. A thousand times over. Putting them in the store at a surprise time would seriously limit the amount of people coming in all at once and crashing the store. I really think that telling us even the day that GBs go in is a fatal mistake as far as the poor website is concerned. Some of us have been around enough to know around when you guys put things in, and I definitely noticed a vast increase in the number of users online about a half hour before these last grab bags went in.
I KNOW that if you guys let us know that they are being made, but drop them in the store on a surprise day – they WILL sell out. Maybe not for an hour, but at least that gives more people the chance to get on and grab them, prevents the store from breaking, and quite frankly makes it a more even “playing field” overall. Less drama = happier everyone all around, and I’m sure Windstone would appreciate the website not breaking as well XD

Please visit My Webpage to see my art and PYO's that I've done in the past!Over the weekend I was sick and to distract myself, I painted a Halloween inspired Keeper I am calling “Moonrise Tiger”. His colors remind me of Halloween, and he has a little crescent moon and bats painted on his wings. I used half metallic, half regular paints which give him a pretty sparkle, and I also used interference in violet and green. He has a light coating of Clear Effex (“magic invisible paint”) which gives him a subtle sparkle in brighter lighting 🙂

It has been rainy and miserable here for weeks so I have been unable to take any decent outdoor pictures of anything! I am HOPING for blue skies tomorrow so i can take some better pictures of this fellow, but these were the best I could get and I was excited to share him, so here he is!
This fellow is for sale, please PM me if interested! I spent about 25 hours on painting this guy, but I am selling him for $200 instead of $250 because this phoenix arrived from the factory with a broken crest. It was a clean break and I glued it back on before any paint went on him, so the crest now has glue and several layers of paint and topcoat on it to keep it repaired, but there is still a tiny hairline crack that is nearly impossible to photograph (but I will attempt to if any interested parties would like to see closer shots). Because of this, I am knocking off the equivalent of 5 hours of work in order to make up for that fact 🙂
The buyer will be able to choose between light brown eyes and stippled pale yellow eyes, which is why both are pictured 🙂
He has a very light coating of “magic invisible paint” (AKA Clear Effex) which is really hard to see in these pictures. Again, going to try to get better pictures as soon as the sun decides to shine!
