Even when you tell it to remember you(at log in) it still gives you the boot after a while. I find I can usually stay logged in for 2 weeks to a month before I have to log back in again.

I think that asking politely once is showing interest after that it’s harassment. Also having a way for forum member to indicate whether or not they want to be contacted about sales might be useful. Say a check box in your profile that causes a message to appear on the PM page saying “This member doesn’t not wish to be contacted with offers for items not posted in the flea market.” That way people can let others know whether or not they mind being contacted with unsolicited offers or not.

My room(and outside of it) is pretty scary right now too. It kinda looks like bayou’s second pic. The only places that stay clean are the places the dragons are guarding(my dresser). I think the junk is scared of them because it never goes near them 😛

If I send a package from canada to the states, does the brokerage fee apply still? Or is it only for packages coming IN to canada? I know I’ve been charged $20 on a package that was declared at $23 before. It’s insane. But still, better than smashed up packages…

Yes, though from what I can tell the rates are a little better to the US than to here. From what I could find there’s no fee on anything under 200 but $25+ fee for anything over 200. And like sending it to Canada they won’t charge you brokerage fees for sending it the insanely expensive methods.

I hope this strike ends soon I also have parcels in the mail. Fortunately just cheap trinket type stuff but still…

You can buy little plastic craft jars/cups with snap on lids to put the paint in. They’re what I’ve found works the best for store small amounts of paint. (I store my mixed paint in them for months with almost no drying out) The ones I use are about 1″ wide by 1″ tall. I get mine from Michael’s. In my Michaels their near the pro paint brushes and paints. You can also get them at some dollar stores. I’ve seen the craft jars at Dollorama. Hopefully this helps.

It kinda looks carved to me. My first reaction was PYO Phoenix spine but I double checked the pattern’s wrong. Other than that it reminds me of a some sort of carved (tropical) leaf.

The second pic made it too easy. It’s wood. More specifically cork flooring from my bedroom floor. I love it. It doesn’t look processed like most cork products. It’s also alot warmer, quieter and less staticy(in low humidity) than laminate flooring.

Here’s the best picture of my room that I could find that shows the floor and not my huge disaster of a mess that my room currently is.

mwahaha! That picture is evil even if you can see it uncropped. It was taken years ago through a magnifying glass and what I’m showing isn’t the focus of that picture. I might use the focus for another teaser. 😀

Here’s a another picture of it:

This one is shows the area of about the size of a fist instead of a dime.

(oh, and I’m counting reptiles as animals)

I had to share this one…

An old man lived alone in Idaho. He wanted to spade his potato garden, but it was very hard work. His only son, Bubba, who used to help him, was in prison. The old man wrote a letter to his son and described his predicament.

                              Dear Bubba:
I am feeling pretty bad because it looks like I won’t be able to plant my potato garden this year. I’m just getting too old to be digging up a garden plot. If you were here, all my troubles would be over. I know you would dig the plot for me.
                              Love, Dad

A few days later, he received a letter from his son.

                              Dear Dad:
For heaven’s sake, Dad, don’t dig up that garden. That’s where I buried the BODIES.
                              Love, Bubba

At 4 a.m. the next morning, FBI agents and local Police showed up and dug up the entire area without finding any bodies. They apologized to the old man and left.

That same day, the old man received another letter from his son.

                              Dear Dad:
Go ahead and plant the potatoes now. It’s the best I could do under the circumstances.
                              Love, Bubba

I leave them on the bigger sculpts but everything fleggie and smaller has had the tags removed and stuffed in the box. I hate the tags the most on the small flap cats because their base is so small even the string bump makes them wobbly.
