oh water thats just lovely, and i know what you mean photos just dont capture the interference paints well,i have plans to paint one like my last dog,i thought we were not allowed to put pictures of windstones even the pyo pieces on other sites?
thanks dragoness,my hubby was like hey you didnt pay for your painting things yet,i normally send what i owe through paypal to our bank account,i also owe him for a bunch of the tubes of golden interference paints, pearl art our local big art store is moving from east meadow over to westbury, which is not to far but they had stuff on sale, the paints was one thing they were trying to unload so we know what happened from there π
thanks koishii,on the black i used the coarse gold interference paint, which still shows the black through it unlike the fine, the white i dry brushed on a blue mica powder,i really love the mica powders the only down side to them is dry brushing is hard to control,oh and it gets all over you to π
ok so i painted two more unicorns,as the person who had commisioned two, backed out as they switched jobs, they still want them in the future, but seeing that i cant just let them sit around,as i need to recoup the money on these so i can pay for them and of course the next round of pyos π

i only have had the peeling problem if i get any skin oil on them, with the gesso i dont have to worry if i get a little skin oil on the piece, yes i wash my hands, but im in pre-menapause at this time, and i have a hand and feet sweating thing going on π
oh how cute,i just love the muses,i use the plaid folk art paints, cheap nice heavy pigment and i love them,i just started base coating all my pyos with gesso and it helps agianst peeling.
NO dont do it arlla come away from the dark side π
oh those are just all so cute yes i said it cute,i recieved mine im thinking saturday,as my in-laws sent my nieces downstairs with the box today πΏ im thinking of painting her tomorrow,in-between some commision paintings π

hey i missed all this and you guys were having such fun π sorry only photo i have of me on the computer is old from the early 80s,think of me now as 40 non pooffy hair and 60lbs heavier π³ and the hulk hogan look alike sitting next to me is hubby of 20years π http://s10.photobucket.com/albums/a102/fauxbird/?action=view¤t=MY07001.jpg
i said january, after all the holiday mess,it will give me something to relax and do π
yeah theres holes in the mane and tail,i plan to do some with chaton crystals as well, but im not sure on the size β
the reason her wolves have no definition,is because she painted over the original ones she started out with, now i dont know anything as far as copyrights for art go,but i do know that a photograph you have taken is automatically given copyrite protection.it still does not stop photo theft, but it does help if you water mark them.
AH,yes and so the swap plot thickens! π π
