I never thought about this before but it sounds like a good idea – like I carry flood ins. on the house and content. Also I live in Hurricane Alley. I do take a picture of each new one and keep the memory card where it is safe. I do the same with everything in the house. I’ll have to talk to my insurance company about a rider because living in FL it is very hard to get any kind of house insurance and the deductibles are very high
The fireworks were in Florida – thunder and lightning along with heavy rain all afternoon so I had to exit my PC during the earlier Anniversary celebration.

Bye everybody I have to get off the PC now as we are having a very bad thunderstorm and the lights are beginning to flicker I don’t want to fry my PC. Even tho I have a surge suppressor it can still happen.

I too am a real packrat but having a neighbor next door that is a social worker at the women’s abuse shelter has help me clean out things I haven’t worn in years. Everything I throw out I give to her to take over to the shelter. They desperately need anything especially jeans and towels. This gets me to clean out my walk-in closet at least once a year.
My chow is 11 3/4 years old and has arthritis in his rear. In addition to Rimadyl my vet suggested giving him a 1000 mg fish oil capsule a day and it seems to help him. I don’t know if that would help hip displacia but you might try it. I hope he gets better I hate to see an animal in pain.
I live on a cul de sac with ten houses and all the neighbors get together around the center planter and have a bbq and potluck but I’ll go back in the house for the Windstone Anniversary.
I like them both but especially the brown one now I am anxiously awaiting mine to arrive I ordered them last Thursday and it usually takes at least a week to get to FL.
