I talked to the sales lady and she agrees that the price wasn’t right but her bosses said that was the price so she just did her job. They have 1 more left and she said she wants it so I told her she better at that price. I’m pretty sure the goof wasn’t at Windstone cause the price sticker said $55.00 and they usually sale for $52.00. It looked like Medieval Times sales sticker but I’m not sure. I don’t know why her bosses didn’t do their jobs correctly. Obviously there was a male there with the correct price, well marked $16.00 above regular price, so you’d think cause the female was a simular piece and big that they would of looked into it a little better. On the other hand, I don’t know where the goof came from cause the box tag said sit wolf grif but the sales lady said they didn’t even have any of those. Who knows?
I just got back from Medieval Times and scored a Female Wolf Griffin. They had the Male and Female and the price on the male was $160.00 so I was like NO, I can get it cheaper so she said, Well I think the Female is cheaper and I said, No, they are supposed to be the same price. She came back and told me, I’ts $55.00. I said, What!?! She said that they had all questioned the price but that is what it was listed as. I was trying to be honest but she said NO, the price says $55.00. After the show I picked it up and noticed on the box the tag said sit wolf grif. Now it is the right molded box for the female but I’m not sure it was sent in the right outer box. Was there a goof at the factory with some shipments? I don’t know 😯 She said they have only been on the shelves for about 3 days. I am happy to have one now and I’m even more happy of the price!!!!

Thanks. I got lucky. I got home late and got on the computer at about 10 or 11 pm and I saw the e-mail from Susie so I went straight to the store and didn’t even bother to see how many were left. I just had to get one!Not a huge lover for red on a dragon but I do like it more than the ruby and I like the orange eyes.

Ahh, I can’t wait for the next batch to get one. I have been hoping, since I seen the Old Warrior in silver, that something else would come out in that color. I hope it becomes a production color. It would be a great seller. i would buy the whole set! Hey, we have gold, now we need silver 😀
I just notice that the wings on the sunset griff are bout the same color as one of my pyos!

Ah man, I should of kept it and they would have matched! I do agree about the red eyes though. They are pretty freaky, specially against the black. Blue would of looked great. They would have matched the black gold dragons.
