I also have some toy that I can’t figure out what the heck it is called, but they were little plastic folding toys. Their body looked like a jewel, but if you opened the body, you could fold up the arms, legs, head to fold into the jewel. I had a panda bear with purple body (can’t remember the color of the stone), and a toucan with a green body (the jewel was topaz I think). If I knew what they were called, I could try and find them again!
Sweet Secrets. The little fold up ones are called Sweet Secrets.
I’ve got so many vintage toys it’s rediculous. I collect my litle pony quite avidly (my count has got to be up over 1000 by now, plus all the ‘stuff’ to go with), and have accumulated thousands of other vintage toys. I swear I have at least one of everything. O.o I’ve got lots for sale too, PM me if you are looking for something in particular.
And my orange flapcat is on the way! Yay! I will post pics when he gets here. I got the second last one from the latest batch.
Oh my. She’s breathtaking! Laps are my favorite sculpt, and I love that feminine soft color. I don’t remember seeing her before, but I haven’t been here for all the raffles. I’ve entered a few but haven’t won any yet. I’ve got the top shelf in my display cabinet ‘on reserve’ for a special dragon. A raffle, or on the really unlikely chance that a prototype Old Warrior stays in my price range.
If you do decide to raffle the lovely lap, I’d definitely be interested.
Haha – ‘something glued together’ would actually be pretty neat!
I’m going to hijack and bring this over from another thread…

After I post a pic of the prize somewhere, ( I keep changing where I post it, to keep people on their toes)You can decide if it is something you would like to win, then send me an email, ( Reptangleâ„¢(at) gmail (dot) com) with the words: “June raffle” in the subject line, so I can find your entry among all the spam. If you have entered before, just include your fourm name in the email. If you are new to this, or can’t remember include your forum name, real name and address too. I choose a winner sometime around the end of the month.
If you win a Windstone raffle, you can’t enter again unless you give your prize away to a charity,, or someone who wants it more than you , or sell it and donate the proceeds to a charity. It can be a personal charity, such as a friend in need. Pets count as friends.
Nobody edits this, so I can use all the darn commas, I want.I would gather this to mean that if you give the prize to someone who wants it more than you, then it counts as that person winning: so the person who gets it doesn’t get to enter the raffles anymore, unless they decide to pass the piece on too. If you sell the piece and donate to a friend/charity/pet I’m not sure if you have to show proof of the donation or not.
Hope I got that all right… otherwise it means I got it wrong, in which case, I must hang my head in shame.
I’d like a prototype old warrior. ^.^ Especially something like an autumn leaf one, the original one or something really deeply colored.
Favorite that I own… male griff.
*fingersnaps* Well, shoot! But congrats to pega! He’s a beauty.
Now we get to see which piece will be for July! I think I look forward more to seeing the next prize than possibly winning. *hehehe*
Melody I was just wondering… did you use a model when sculpting the Sea Jewel Mermaid sculpt? Who was it? Someone random, or someone hired?
I like the blue eyes much better.

Mine looks like this too. It was from the first batch.
Mine is also from the first batch, and matches this description. Though I’d swear the ‘orange’ color is more pale burgundy. The color is on wing edges and eye ridges/nose and nowhere else.
Melody wrote:copper83 wrote:What about the eyes shut cats? Will they be in the store or ebayed?
The Bengal “eye shut” cats will be auctioned too, but I’d like to offer the orange and white eyes shut cats as limited production. I need to discuss this with the higher ups.
I would LOVE a limited production eyes shut – in any color. We’ll have to set up a warning system for forum members for that one, that is one I wouldn’t want to miss at all!

*boots to the top*
I had to go see him – he is really cute! What a sweetie!
Jackid – you did, but I can’t afford $1500 for one or $2000 for the other. 😛
Beth – that’s part of the fun. 😀 Do you take a chance on winning this one, even though there might be something better later…. emphasis on all the ‘mights’ involved.
Though it would be a ‘not enter another raffle (ever)’ and not ‘in a few months’. Once you win a free raffle, you don’t get to enter any more unless you give the piece away to another forum member who really wants it.
I’m really undecided on this lady. I like the color combo, but not so much the sculpt. If it was a lap or an OW in that color, I’d be so in. She’d look pretty sharp next to my oriental sun, though. Ohhhh, what to choose…
