I love the Zebra Finch Griffin! Great job, Melody!!
It’s fun to see a piece painted with such an interesting pattern and colors that work out so well. I would never have thought that the zebra finch colors would work on a griffin…but they definately do! That opens up a whole range of possibilities to muse over such as a parakeet coloration or maybe a Gouldian finch (well, that may be a bit too much) 😀
Yes, I missed again, too! :shrug: I can’t log on when I’m at work so I didn’t know the small dragons were in until last night. By that time, they were gone. Just have to keep trying!
I wouldn’t mind if the first batch is one per customer. But I know I will go crazy trying to decide on the eye color I want ! 😀
I’ve been lurking for a while but I had to speak up about the phoenix. I really love it! This piece has a nice flowing appearance and the possibilities of colors and patterns are endless. I’m looking forward to getting one (or two) when the are available…and I can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with when they paint theirs!!

Just on the outside chance and a bit of SWAG (scientific wild-**s guessing) – could the water being used there in Oregon be a chemically different from the water used in California? Maybe there’s just a bit more metals, chlorine or salts to prevent the gypsum from setting up correctly. :scratch:
Oh, there are so many pretty dragons! If I could get just one, it would be the rainbow lap. I love the colors and this dragon looks so nice in that color. 🙂
That Bengal Oriental Dragon is awesome!!! I love how well that pattern looks on this particular type of dragon. I hope we see more of these!
