I like the suggestion of Dragons v. Unicorns or Griffins v. Unicorns.

The other suggestion of just making sets and then people can choose their sets would be nice, but I can already see debate over what the colors the sets should be. This would especially be a problem for people who would want two sets of the same sculpt but different colors, like Dragons v. Dragons. Then again, we’ve had multiple polls on this type of thing before. I’m sure we could work out something with the help of a little democracy. 😀

Ditto. I kept my Ruby male (one of the first ones, dark red – not candy apple), but I still wanted one that wasn’t such a saturated red. I’m looking forward to seeing these because I “need” a red dragon. I really liked that they used orange eyes! I’ll be looking to see when my local dealer gets one in.

That is a beautiful Ki-rin, but I won’t be able to afford it. If it became a production color, I would probably buy since I could save up some $$.

(I could justify buying it since it is similar to my school colors of orange and black. Hehehe…Oregon State Ki-rin…:D )

Maybe I’m misunderstanding this – so I’m just asking.

If someone draws their own picture of an object that is copyrighted, are they actually infringing on that copyright? The reason I ask is that I have seen many photographs and drawings done of famous pieces of art (i.e. The Thinker, etc) and I don’t believe it would infringe on the original piece. I think it would if it was a direct copy was of Melody’s drawings, but if it’s another artist’s drawing of one of her sculptures, does it apply??

I think this is an unusual situation.

I have purchased several pieces of his before and all were mint and packed really well. His prices are high, but all were mint.
