I’m glad you think it’s cute. I’m not so sure, I wasn’t going to do a solid red, I was going to do bands of red and gold. But, I’m still trying to get a darker red. Oh well, back to the mixing table…maybe if I put alittle blue or violet. Maybe black…
Cute, I’ve never seen a dog like this but, I have seen a lamb that was half white, half black. I’d love to see a better picture of the white side. Maybe you should make the nose half brown, half pink? Never mind, I just noticed that you did. 🙄 I’m really smart today.
If anyone is interested this is the colour I came up with by mixing Naphthol red light and oxide red interference. Maybe this is close to what others are looking for? I’m actually trying to find a darker red than this.

There are rubs and chips everywhere. The bag has nicks and rubs on almost every place the bag sticks up, two of the claws are nicked, one is just about completly gone. The tag is just about destroyed, and held on the string by tape. I was thinking of keeping it for myself and trying to fix it. I can’t really afford it so someone could talk me out of keeping it quite easily. But right now on Ebay for a few dollars more you can have a brand new, “mint” one. Sorry to get some peoples hopes up, when I posted this I didn’t know just how bad the damage was. 🙁I’ve just bought a Wizards Retreat candle lamp. I thought something was missing but, I couldn’t figure out what. Someone who has one pointed out that the crystal ball is missing. Would I be able to buy one?

Oh, I didn’t know there was supposed to be a crystal ball. Maybe I’ll ask Melody if I could buy one. Is it supposed to go where the plate is?

Yes, I do believe that is a griffen. It is so very detailed. I would love to see how it looks lit up. Did you know that there is a stone that looks like an owl face? That is just so cool. The more I look at it the more I want to keep it. But, I promised Dragonessjade, I won’t keep it.

I know what you mean. Lately its been crazy at work for me too, and I’m also going to be working the whole weekend. What kind of work do you do?
I work in the cash office in a medium large store. I’ll end up taking monthend reports home to finish. I think there was one month where I didn’t have to take them home with me. In addition to the cash office I also do alittle bit of HR duties, general office, and stuff like known theft, tracking overrides, other things like that. And every once in a while I pretend I’m a superviser.
Naw, I’m not going to go to her for a partial refund. They are just very small nicks. A tiny bit of black will cover them. I’m just really happy it showed up. I would rather a nicked up unicorn than nothing at all. If it didn’t take so long to get here, I would go to her and complain. I just wish she had touched the nicks up with black paint. A different shade of black would have been easier to miss than white on a black back ground. 🙄
It’s just been one of those months. I would love to curl up in the corner and cry for a few days, but, month end and all that crazyness at work means I’ll be working long hours this weekend.I’ve mixed the interference paint with the colour that I wanted. I got a dark (lighter than blood red) with Naphthol Red Light and Interference Oxide Red. I found that if I put the interference over the red I got pink. I also mixed other paints with the interference paints and I got really good results.

None? We get them in Southern Ontario. Nothing near what they get in Texas though. A new sub-devision got hit by a tornado last year in Waterloo it destroyed a few houses. Lucky nobody was hurt. Missed my friends house and hit the one next to it.
Alright, for those that are interested in the Wizards Retreat here are pictures. There are two pictures that show a broken mushroom. It was glued back on, but, whoever did it didn’t paint the break. Also there is a chip on the bottom. You can’t see it from the side. I was also off on the price it is $66US.
