Saran wrap? People wrap statues in saran plastic? 🙄

Apparently. The dragon came from Nevada to. I’m sure what happened the package got really hot and melted the wrap onto the the dragon. I still can’t figure th logic in why she used it in the first place  .

I suspect that some people are just familiar enough with the mover’s wrap (green saran wrap available at uhaul, etc) to think of it as something to pack with, but not familiar enough to realise that it doesn’t mix with heat and with some surfaces. So they think saran wrap = bubble wrap without the air pockets or something. 😕

Your kitty is so pretty! 😀

    He’s also loyal, cuddly, and a “double-wide” (weighs 20lbs on a 12lb frame)

I found a male peacock dragon at Savers thrift store while playing in Las Vegas… for $18. (Needless to say, he came home with me)

(I will edit to add pictures once I take a few good ones!)

Hi all! Thanks for the welcome! (Sorry for the delayed response… I’ve spent the week backing up, reformating, and restoring my computer 🙄 )

For me, I believe my obsession began in high school. I don’t remember if the first Windstone dragon I saw was in one of the fantasy/weaponry/occult stores in a mall, or if my teacher’s dragon came first. The teacher had a beautiful white dragon, lying down (probably the mother dragon?) which she kept on her desk. The mall had at least two or three different dragons, each a different color and pose… and since there were no stores with the dragons in my hometown, I had to satisfy myself with seeing them on rare occasions.

I’ve wanted at least one dragon, plus the circle of cats candle holder, for over 10 years now, and I keep adding to my mental wish list. Sadly, I have yet to buy my first, since money and opportunity to purchase have never quite coincided for me.

If you need to borrow a cat to assist with the mouse problem, it could probably be arranged. =^_^=
