Yep, it’s sitting up on top of my scanner waiting for me to photograph it now. Tomorrow if we get sun, I will take a few pics and then send it to its new home.

The one on the left wings failed on me, so it ended up just being a unicorn, the other made it through, so it is a unipeg.
This set was done for my neice.

I have the Doc Holiday 2 headed dragon, but the mold is so worn out the slip runs out and makes a huge mess, and it nearly always sticks like mad, so getting anything out of it is near impossible.
I do believe I have a dragon in the egg mold floating around here. I will see if I can find it, get my kiln set up and find a source for slip, if I can get at least 5 of you interested. Or at least be making at least 5 of the little things.
I also have a bookend mold that lets me choose between, horse, unicorn, pegasus, or unipeg.
Let me know and I will get the stuff together, need to anyway, just been procrastinating, so folks give me a good reason to get off my can. 🙂

My husband just looks at it, says, “Cool” and then goes on. He doesn’t ask how much it was, or say anything about me spending the money.
He’s always been pretty good about that, as long as my purchases don’t leave us dead broke, he lets them go.

Actually I’ve been itching to paint for days, and after I got Micah’s wolf done, I was eyeing one of my PYO’s, but I didn’t know which I’d be assigned, so I didn’t touch either. And then when the request came in, I was like…Hey! I know what I want to do to that!
Took a search on the net for the reference pics, ended up using 4 of them, then set to. It was hard to clean up my brushes and go to bed, but I did…then I got up at 8:40am and continued, with a brief pause to make breakfast.
I was just dying to see the final results…I tend to do that when I have a good idea and am ready to run with it.

Darn it…if you were offering an oriental dragon, i’d be all over it, but I have all those others. Well the versions I wanted anyway.

I agree with everyone else, anything that is high sentimental value should not be sold.
And I agree also that the game system needs to be sold…you should not have to give up your valuables if he isn’t willing to.
I’ve been with a man for 17 years whom I have always given stuff up for so he could have something he wanted, but only to a point. When it came down to it, he did end up giving up some of his stuff so that I wouldn’t have to give up all of mine. Though I feel my sacrafice was a bit more than his, I gave up my horse, and he just gave up a bunch a broken down cars.
But we both gave up what we had to then, to have what we have now, so it was worth it. And my horse isn’t completely gone, I know where he is and see him often, but he’s not mine anymore, and that hurts a little still.
Stick to your guns, and don’t let your husband take it all. You deserve consideration too, and he needs to remember that you are now a team of 2, and everything is no longer all about him. Takes awhile, but don’t back down and keep “reminding” him of this.

Got my assignment, and their PYO request will be in the mail tomorrow. I started it last night when I got the request, stayed up until 2am, then went back to it this morning…just finished clear coating it about 20 minutes ago. Overall time spent…approx. 9 hours.
Yeah, I know, I’m quick.
But it didn’t take me long to figure out what I wanted to do, and I am really pleased with the results. Man it is killing me to not be able to really say anything!
I hope my receipient gets it fast…or I am gonna go nuts.

Well I’ll be taking some better pics today in the sun. My husband says the pictures are crap. He really likes it, you should have heard how offended he was with the pictures. He even went to the trouble to set up a photo area, with a better light, etc.
I was headed to bed though, so I didn’t redo the pics.
