…but I hate…HATE…the current Dumbledore they have….He absolutely ruins it for me. He’s such a TERRIBLE Dumbledore!!! >_<
He’s improving. But you are right, he simply doesn’t have the presence needed for the part. He kinda falls flat. Richard Harris is a really tough act to follow and he really gave us our image of Dumbledore in that first movie.
Unfortunately he dared to go and die on us before the series was completed. Darn him!
I would have liked for Ian McKellan to have taken over the part, he has the presence, but he was tied up with the Lord of the Rings and X-Men. *sigh*
Anyway, this poor actor has some tough shoes to fill. He is getting better, his performance was better in this movie than it was in the other two.

I’m so sorry Pam. I am also sorry to hear your Mom is so without compassion when it comes to animals. It can’t be easy to try to save these animals with that kind of attitude hanging around and being a threat.
Even though this little one didn’t make it, you learned something from it, that could save the next baby, so while this experience was painful, it has value.
Try not to batter yourself too much, grieve as you need to though, and lean on us for support. We’re here.
I’m really sorry he didn’t recover, you have my sympathy.

No packing advice, but since I too made this move from Calif to Idaho, I wonder where you are from and where you are going.

Nope, I’m hitting MFM instead.
Say Hi to The Gneech and his sidekick Kerry for me though, since you’re going.

At 19, I think you are more than qualified to make your own choices, for better or worse.
Also, from what I can tell from comments you’ve made in the past, you have a good head on your shoulders. I’m not worried about your decision making capabilities.
Have a good time, endure the well meaning but annoying interference and in future forget to mention it if you haven’t met someone in person next time.

Hang in there, he’s still alive, and as long as he is, there is hope. I pray he pulls through. But if he doesn’t don’t beat yourself up too badly, these little ones are fragile and it is easy to make a mistake.
You’ve raised these guys successfully in the past, one failure doesn’t mean you can’t do it, sometimes things just go wrong. It’s like being thrown off a horse, it isn’t a matter of IF, it is a matter of WHEN, basically something like this is bound to happen when you are dealing with something so tiny and fragile.
So don’t punish yourself, just love the little one for as long as you can and give him the companionship and comfort he needs for now.
Hang in there. Lots of hugs!

My creature can change forms…she’s a winged kirin, but can change from pony sized, to tiny tiny, and she has one other form, that of an oriental dragon. The dragon is white and gold. I made her for the FurryMuck long ago.
She also has an anthro form, which I still go by. I have been known as Kyrin since 1990. She took a physical form in 1998. Some folks I know use my character name for me more than they use my real name. LOL!
I also have to make an effort not to sign emails to my Mom with “Kyrin”, is that funny or what?

Saw it today, the actress who played Umbridge did a great job, I absolutely hated her as I was supposed to. *grin*
Overall effects, acting and keeping with the storyline were right on for the most part. Fight scenes were awesome. I loved the girl they chose to play Luna, she’s adorable.
Okay, that’s all I’m gonna say for now.
Enjoyed the movie though, hope the rest of you do as well.

I’m available.
Rates usually are shipping both directions, plus a bit for the actual repair.
In this case, it’d be about $20 for the repair, then you’ll need to cover shipping to and from.
I recommend shipping through FedEX, you get automatic tracking and insurance, and cost is less than the Post Office these days.PM if you would like me to fix him, I would like you to include all busted bits if you can, believe it or not, they can often help with jigsawing it back together.

I wasn’t sure where to post this, so I appreciate the move. Kyrin has offered to give it a shot, and I am just waiting for someone to tell me which dog is which (I can’t tell them apart). They are father and son Airedales, and unless they are standing side by side, I have no idea who is sniffing me. 😀
I’m still looking at the pics, but so far it appears your darn camera was focusing on the backgrounds, rather than the dogs, as the dogs are rather out of focus.
Can you take new pics, perhaps?

Hubby was looking over my shoulder when I was looking at the griffon done by Ruffian, he stopped and said, Oh, wow! That is one neat griffon.” Considering that most of the time he just looks and shrugs, that’s saying something.
All the new arrivals have been great, but I admit I especially like the griffon done by Ruffian.
Great job guys, keep ’em coming, not everyone has theirs yet.
