(updated to add other OWs I’m hunting for)
Nice haul! The poad especially is very pretty. Is that one of the newest batch of the pink curls?
Holy cow, she’s gorgeous! I hope someday I can get my hands on one of the lighter first batch.
I chose fruit. I love fruit of all kinds. Yes, some of it even more than chocolate. 😆 Just give me a big, fresh, sweet pineapple with some fresh coconut milk drizzled over it….
Or a nice big kobe steak. 😛
Nope, just taken indoors without a flash. Didn’t have time to set everything up outside today. She’s blindingly bright, I assure you. 😆
Long hair on guys is hot. 😉
Congrats on the great deal or the kyrin family. No Windstones for 6 months is gonna be tough. Especially since everyone here is an enabler. 😆
I got my damaged rainbow mother today. I only paid $60 for her and I’m sure that even with my limited sculpting skills I can fix this. I thought it’d be much worse. (small chip on the top ridge scale 2 scales behind the wing)
I received my mother rainbow from her today. I’m even happier than I first thought I would be. the damage is very minimal, perhaps something I could even fix myself. I had to search for it to find it! Not a bad deal for sixty bucks!
If you look closely, you can see the chip on her purple back ridge, 2 scales behind where the wings ends.
She’s willing to sell the two I mentioned above for the same $60 each if anyone wants to jump on the deal. I told her today that if no one takes them within a week I’ll give them a home. 😆 If you want ’em, you better beat me to it. 😉
I don’t normally look twice at kinglets but those little guys are adorable. I hope we’ll be seeing them soon in the store.
Your Shasta blue is…wow is all I can say. I agree, Mount Shasta is lovely. I remember the first time I saw it, it’s one of those “holy cow is that real?” moments.

The Deco Art website has a dealer listing to find a place near you. They should be near the paint section in any craft store if they have them.
Here’s a pic of the two side by side. I bought both the wide tip and the small one which would be good for hard to reach spots or very detailed work.
The claws and touchups are unsealed at the moment. I wasn’t impressed with the selection of sealants they had in-store so I’m browsing online for a few good ones.
February 9, 2008 at 1:20 am in reply to: My Ruby OW made it – and a question for those who repair #662970Those paint pens are miracle workers. He looks like a brand new dragon, minus the few small scrapes on his ruby paint.
The first pic above was that ugly hind foot. Check it out now!
Thanks so much for all the advice. I’d never have figured this out on my own. What a wonderful community.
I found my ruby OW so that can be crossed off the list. 😀

d_z, if any of the rainbows get sold/auctioned with COAs, can you draw barfing unicorns on them? 😆
Soda on my monitor and keyboard. LMAO
Can’t WAIT for the sneak peak tonight, and I really hope something blue will be making its way into the store soon!

Rainbow OWs, pink OWS, and rainbow laps? -squee-
I adore their baskets. I have one and would love another but I can’t make up my mind which I like best. Next time we go I’ll take some pictures and video if they’ll allow it and share them here. I can swing by the Longaberger factory in Ohio as well if anyone’s interested. We go up to that area pretty regularly to visit the Amish stores.
