Me too, me too. What she asked. Yup, yup.

I cannae believe I’m going to type this …. I also agree with Skigod377, they’re super duper speshul because they ARE so rare.

The prototype’s horn looks bigger, and his face is more expressive. Very nice, laphon1!

Hmmm, I disagree. There’s something about the white Grand’s muzzle that screams PET ME HERE, when I viewed the comparison picture. To me, it appears more delicate than the black Grand’s muzzle.

Hoofer darlin, great idea to bring in a few more hoofers, gonna keep my eye on you too. πŸ˜‰ But this time I went with Kitsunelady.

Dragons are lofty, eternal and ummm, they belch fire.

On the other hand, Unicorns and Pegasi are predominantly grounded and attainable with lots of carrots, apples and scritchies in hard to reach itchy spots!

I KNOW I’m not the only horse enthusiast on here …..

    Congratulations Kitsunelady!

    Whoa!

Note to self …. Do not cross Leigha.

Hay, you would not be stealing them ya know.

    Argh!

Do I keep reading here or is there to be a new thread?

Neigh!! Translation = “Wooo, swap meet!!”

I would trade one of my barely used, quality english show bridles (1 set of matching laced reins included) with a bit of choice, snaffle (copper mouth/loose ring or D ring) (sz 5″), pehlam (sz 5″) or kimberwick (sz cob) for that quilt!

    Success!

Private Message went through and I now have internal communication capabilities again.

I think all the extra code was lagging it/taking so long to load, that I was submitting before it was finished.

    Who knows ….

    Neigh? πŸ™‚

    Hola!

I seem to be having trouble sending Private Messages (PM)s.

Step 1) I log in and find the PM button beneath the name and click it.

It brings me to the red ‘Compose Message’ screen.

Step 2) I type the persons Screen Name (SN) in the ‘To:’ screen.

Step 3) I type my message.

Step 4) I preview my message!

I notice that the typed in SN name is now gone from the ‘To:’ field.

    Step 5) I hit submit.

It appears to go, but there is nothing in my Outbox or Sent Messages.

    What did I miss?

I did go through my preferences and didn’t see anything blocking me from PMing someone or vice a versa.

    Thanks for any input!

No fees for the recipient? Sounds great! However, I wonder if you file a claim, though, say you need a chargeback or something, if not doing it the business way makes a difference?

    Good question.

Maybe only use it for transactions that you feel are relatively safe?

I have learned that this is a pretty tight knit group. Word gets out quick around here.

Abatos (if you’re still reading this thread), did you by any chance receive the Private Message (PM) from me? I’m trying to familiarize myself with the new boards (settings, private messages, etc.) and you were my first attempt.

Oh and thank you 49ER. My thoughts: PayBay = A little to greedy for my blood.

I can’t believe that he’s been sitting in his box for 6 months & I didn’t realise that he was jade when I first got him 😳 . I only realised when I compared him with the emerald OW . He was from the same seller that I got my old style white grand unicorn from – again mint & in the original box .

Ack, you got that one?! Was that by chance the UK seller that posted here on the boards with all that old stock in storage? Man was I drooling over that fella. Sadly, I didn’t get any reponse on the boards, in PMs or in e-mail, had to track them down via their UK eBay address to message them and by then, it was already gone!

Ah well, it was nice dreaming about it at least. Pictures please? Yes, I love to torment myself. 😎

P.S. Considering how many stateside Windstones you UK folks have to let go by because of shipping costs, it’s about time you folks got some deals your way. OLD STYLE GRAND UNI ……. [twitch, twitch]

    Super, super neat huh?

Doesn’t it just make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside to know that you not only won something, but that you won a WINDSTONE?!

    Wooo!

I had an ear-to-ear grin for at least a week when I won mine.

I still get the occasional, “Holy carp, I actually won that?!”, when I look at it.

    Congratulations!

Pictures to be posted upon receipt please.

Kyrin, you mentioned, before you moved to Idaho … I assume you mean that it was there that you learned to start canning the excesses of growing seasons.

Who or what got you started? Self taught or learn from another in their kitchen?

    Jeeze Louis Man.

How stupid is the medical industry (yes, I meant that) getting? Obviously VERY.

    I can really empathize.

I have no idea how you deal with them, except that obviously you have to. I think in your situation, I might have actually started popping a few heads off by now.

Just recently, I had a Doctor try and scare me with the threat of removing me for trespassing while I was attempting to obtain the medical records for someone he had just dropped the ball on. Zero refill of a HEAVY seizure medication that the individual would have been experiencing withdrawal symptoms from, on top of possibly going into a grand mal because of the Doctors God Complex.

What, am I supposed to be ascared? Yeah, I don’t think so. I made SURE they called the police on me and imagine his surprise when he realized that his assistant dialed 911 and it was being recorded, including their request to speak to me and the individual that was there for their records. He’s also been attempting to sabotage (via the faxed records) every attempt for the individual to get another Doctor. Yeah, I’ll be writing that letter to the proper entities. Just what I needed to be doing, not. It’s the principle.

So yeah, I guess I am more suprised that you didn’t start lambasting them than I am with their behaviors and stupidity for making you go into a situation like that.

Every day, I thank my LUCKY stars that I haven’t had the need of a Doctor in over 18 years and that was because I knew my immune system had taken a whack and I needed some simple antibiotics. I registered a fever of 103.5, after I begged to be let go for the day.

Yeah, sure sign my immune system was taxed. And to think, they actually wanted me to stay at work?! I had to make the manager on duty feel my forhead, before he let me go and yes, they wanted a Doctors note for any days off after the appointment. You bet I was able to get one. By the way, it was for a second job where I was SERVING FOOD to the public. 😯

At least the one now realizes that you should have never been put in that situation. Hopefully, for your sake, it won’t happen again.

I hope you feel better. Very pretty shells. A very lovely thing (and an extremely kind gesture) to have show up just when you needed a smile on your face.

Edited: I’m not out to hurt anyone.

Us paranoid types always do. 😎

I was already saavy about many, though admittedly not all, of the possible dangers one could experience on the internet.

Thank goodness I was up to speed on this subject before I joined eBay and PayPal.

Up to that point, I had never seen an actual PHISH e-mail.

Yeah, depending on my eBay or PayPal activity, I get a PHISH attempt at least once a week.

Remember when all you used to have to worry about was an executable attached file? Doh!

Apparently…. I thought it was on auto-update! I really did (snap told me it was 100% fragmented. He was shocked it hadn’t crashed earlier)!
