Wow, that dragon is sharp! I am not a big fan of orange but I love all the other colours!

I really had a lot of fun with the Oils Spots, all the colors are over the copper and the green isn’t green at all! Its bright gold dusted over our cowpie blue! I may be a color nerd, but I just love them so much in person

Still no more “Moss” dragons. 🙁 **goes off to sulk in the corner**

        Chin up, dear friend! 😉

The living flame male is a masterpiece of Kaleigh’s and he is even more beautiful in person!

The emperor dragon is my favorite sculpt partly because its scales look snakelike. I think it looks brilliant in all the reptilian paint schemes I’ve seen, Checkered Copper included. I’m sorely tempted to bid on him, but with all the additions I’ve made to my collection lately, I probably shouldn’t. Not that that has ever stopped me before. 😉

Pretty sure the emperor is most, maybe all of the production gals, favorite to paint because all those awesome scales give you so many great options to really be creative. Laurie’s reminds me of a handful of coins, in the very best way, I love him! I’ve been off visiting family and I’m bummed I didn’t get to watch her paint the Kirin, he’s just adorable. It’s very interesting how each of us approach the eBay pieces, we’re all so different!

I’m not sure if Laurie checks the forums very often, but I’ll make sure she and Kaleigh get to read all the positivity! It’s really great to see that y’all are enjoying our pieces!

Wow Gina! Your pieces are beautiful! i really like the little dots that some of your color schemes have 🙂

Good choice of eyes for the Moss dragons too….I bet it was a toss up with many different eye colors. A Moss coiled mother with a golden egg would be very pretty….at least in my head it is 😉

Thank you! Picking out eyes is both my favorite and least favorite part, it’s fun getting everyone’s opinions and trying all the eyes out ( I’ve yet to make any that fit the albino eyes, but they’re always fun to try out! ) Pam usually finds really fun colors, one of the upcoming eBay pieces has the most beautiful gems she had in a secret stash! I know Kaleigh was going back and forth on a couple, but I’m in love with her little fae with the green eyes, it’s so sweet!

                  I’m sneaky!

I think the male turned out to be my favorite as well ( even though fledgies are my favorites) but he goes so well with the kind of avocado theme I was going for, ha! Might have to try someday using an even darker brown or even black with green, maybe they could be jasper dragons!

Thank you everyone for the kind words!

The current moss guys were all painted the same day with the same colors so they should all fit cohesively together as a family 😀

I checked it when it had few seconds to go, it went from 600 to 1000 and wow O.O my eyes got so wide. Looks like whoever won the rising spectral wasn’t going to let the coiled get away! Made me a pretty happy painter last night I’ll tell ya!

This is the first GB after I started watching the forums and it has been so much fun getting to watch Melody paint all these gorgeous cougars and then see them all in their new homes! It looks like my favorites are all very happy!

I 2nd that Notion!!! GREAT job Gina!!!

Can we even do that?? Make a Production Color from a production painter??? No offence Gina, I just don’t know if WS can do that or ever has done that or not.

lol, no offense taken! As some history I believe that Blue Morpho started out as a test paint by Brandi a long time ago (I believe, I’ve only been at windstone since Feb, so I’m still a newbie in some ways)

Yes, yes.. it was Brandi who started that color…. I’m just excited to see what else you will be showing us soon!!! You have gotten our attention, so show us what you got!!!

                            Ooooo the pressure’s on!

                                Hi GinaP *waves*

I’m another fan of your “Water Sprite” theme. It’s a lovely, fresh colour and I hope I’ll be able to snag one. Congrats on your work and I hope we’ll see more here and on eBay.

I really like the water sprites, it was the first color I did on the production pieces so I think it’ll always have a little piece of my heart 😉 Hopefully down the way I’ll be able to finish the family (even if it never becomes a production color) Lap dragon water sprite I think would be my favorite, but they’re just so pretty that they’re usually my favorite dragon… besides fledglings (because I absolutely LOVE them) and coiled and spectral… but then they’re all amazing really. So many ideas to bring to life though it’s hard to choose what to do first!

                                — I believe that Secret Keepers are my favorite to paint, its a whole lotta dragon to wrangle

“Water Sprite” is an excellent name, too. Congratulations to the person who thought of it!

Thanks! They started out as Mermaid Dragons, but my sister’s dog is a inquisitive little guy and his name is Sprite, the little fledglings looked pretty precocious and thus, Water Sprites!
