I got a large wizard from ebay that arrived wrapped in news paper only then the seller tried to tell me that the PO said that was good packing. Fortunately, the insurance did give me a full refund.
I’m late to the topic but want to throw in my thanks too! Its great to deal with a company with such care for the customer.
