I don’t think she looks fat or has a weight problem. I prefer a gal like her as opposed to stick thin chicks like Paris. I do think she looks trashy because of the way she acts, not what she wears. She looked stoned on stage, kinda blank and not sure of where she was, which is kinda sad considering the boatload of cash they must’ve paid her. She kinda drifted through the entire thing. I feel kinda sick though that she probably made more in those 5 min,
acting totally wasted, than my colleagues and I will in the next 20 years teaching inner city kids 😥

Ok, Melody, I assume your dragons aren’t sculpted actual size, so how big are these dragons supposed to be in “real life”? They are relative in size to one another though, right? Like, mommy dragon is smaller than male, which is smaller than OW which is slightly smaller than Emperor. Is the male dragon the size of a horse or a house? How do you see them interacting with their environment while you were sculpting them? I’m curious how these guys would look, if they decide to visit. It’s sad but I think about these things alot. 🙄

Got my Special Gold Scratcher #8 in the mail yesterday! It’s been over a year since my last dragon purchase, and only my 3rd big dragon. It is not as glossy as I thought it was gonna be. Much more of a matte finish. I can see the glitter well though, and I thinl Melody left her fingerprint on one of his scales, so he’s even more unique 😀
I have a white mom coming, so the family is growing!

OK,ok…we’re focused too much on the vigorous poses. How about just a Prime Warrior looking tough like the alpha dragon it is! The Conan of Windstone!
One way to do a do a dynamic pose without having wings, etc. stick out is to have a dragon streaking through the air, with his wings swept back, so he would resemble a missle, with snout, long neckrest of the body, bursting out from a cloud, or streaking up or diving down….
BUT…
I just want a Prime Warrior…he could be on a

OK…doesn’t have to be a ‘vigorous’ pose…just a young badass looking Warrior, jacked to the gills, and a cocky grin on his face, will be fine 😀 It’s the cage fighter in me…hehhee…
Melody, now that we have an Old Warrior Dragon, I was wondering if you will ever do a Warrior Dragon in his/her prime? It can be sculpted in a more vigorous mode, getting ready to strike or breath a firebolt, with wings flared out. It can be the protector of the family, the Leonidas(300) or Maximus(Gladiator) of the bunch, the same size as an Old Warrior, who they learned all their fighting skills from. I see the OW drilling them on how to strike with speed and power, and how to achieve maximum flame range and temperature!
Just got to thinking how powerful they would look, because Dragon Master in one of the threads mentioned that the OW would be almost the size of the emperor if he stood up. Would be an awesome dynamic sculpt! I know you’re busy chasing llamas and all, but just something to gnaw away at the back of your mind 😀

Oh, yeh to make this post relevant.. I think pink highlights would be better than flat out pink, kinda like the little scratcher on Ski’s posts. Hey is that a production piece?

Ummm…getting in way late on this, but had to chime in because I have 2 pink shirts and a tie hanging in my closet (no pun intended 😀 ). Pink’s not my favorite color, but I like pink, and my wife loves me in it. She thinks it “softens” me.
As for “real men” not wearing pink, that’s just BS. I compete in MMA (cage fighting), full contact kickboxing, and teach self defense. I’ve been an athelete and fighter for most of my life even before the UFC, but that DOES NOT make me a “real man”, just as wearing pink makes me any less of a man. What does make me a man is how I respond to challanges and hardships, being a good husband, and a good teacher to the kids I teach, not the clothes I wear. Sorry for the rant, I’m not upset or anything… 😀
…that being said I would LOVE to see a pink dragon…has to be female of course…j/k 😀
