The raffle prize for this month is “Lilac” a gorgeous Oriental dragon. I found him on a shelf of goof-up test pieces. He was a practice piece painted by Jordan, one of our excellent past production painters. He was on the goof-up shelf because his paint is kinda thick in places. Don’t worry, he is still perfectly gorgeous.
He is airbrushed in the softest shades of muted lavender with metallic gold trim. He has gold plated pewter horns and holds a real pink quartz globe in his paw.

She’s really really pretty, but I don’t care as much for the lighter colored Dragons, unless they are Albino, so I’ll sit this one out.

I feel greedy because I’m hoping I win this one, but I haven’t been a member for very long. I’d be one of those extra lucky ones if I did win. But since it is truly random, you never know! And the numbers could be a lot worse. I was expecting more actually, so I’m thinking positive. Maybe it’ll help persuade the fates if I think about how long I’ve been a fan of Melody’s dragons? 🙂

When this raffle is over, I can count and give you a number, but I don’t keep track of the exact numbers of past raffle entries. I am estimating from as few as 35, to around 150.
I placed my entry a while back, at about the time the raffle was put up. Hopefully it will still be included.
