I have been “meaning” to get to the dentist for about 3 years now… talk about procrastination

Ugh haha I don’t want to get into this whole story but my wisdom teeth aren’t impacted or anything, the one is just not fully out and will never be, so the dentist wants to take them out because it could get infected. But there’s nothing actually wrong with it. And my parents, who I don’t talk to a whole lot, suddenly went totally nuts about me going alone to the dentist and started calling me incessantly and my dad drove 3 hours to basically force me not to do it. I haven’t even seen my dad in like 6 months and he showed up here randomly. My logic originally is that I’m graduating this year and won’t have full dental insurance anymore, so might as well get them out because if they start bugging me next year I’ll have to pay myself.

But anyway, in the end it was my call, and in the end I was super relieved not to have them out.

edit: And I feel you on the 3 years thing. When I was in high school I never went to the dentist, I had a cavity so bad literally half my tooth was gone and it hurt constantly. Then I went to university, hellooo dental insurance, now I go all the time. XD

Where there hasn’t been a notificatin by the looks of it I would say no…… WAH!!! I wish we could know these things more in advance. If they were going to be put in the store I wuld think they would go in the same time as the bookends, but since no notification went out then… probably not? I’m still hoping Susie will pop in and confirm though.

Well, sometimes things don’t get an early notification – and sometimes they go in quite late, but who knows?

Oh my! You’ve been staring at me and running around in circles! I feel so bad that we did not update you earlier! Usually I can feel the staring through my monitor but today we were running around in circles here too.

Young Grab Bag Poads(tm) are not going into the store today. They still need to pose for their class photo and be coaxed into their boxes. (They suddenly want to join you in running around in circles…) I’m thinking they’ll be ready Monday morning. I will try to get the announcement emailed well before hand so that you will know.

These Grab Bag Young Poads(tm) are signed and have signed Poad(tm) cards. Melody painted all of them herself. There is just as much work involved in painting a Young Poad(tm) as there is in painting an Adult Poad(tm) which is why they will be $95.00 each. We will limit this batch to one per customer for the first day or so and then if they are not selling like hotcakes we will remove the quantity limit. I just want to limit them at first to make sure that we have enough to go around. It looks like we’ve got about 50 of them. If you really would like to order more than one, and would like me to hold your order for a day or so to see if there are enough for you to have more than one, please tell me so in the Customer Notes on the order and I will hold the order to see if we will be removing the limit.

They are all really cute. I hate to see them go…

I have a feeling that even at 1 per customer 50 will not be enough to quell us ravenous beasts ^_^ I’m glad they will be 1 per though. more chances for everyone to get one <3 You guys rock!
