My cats were convinced the poad is a real animal and tried batting at it when I had it on my lap! The’ve never done that to the other windstones.

You should see what a cockatiel does when it sees one!

Fatalbeauty, you got one of my faves. I love the rainbow coloration. 🙂

However, I like my Poad quite a lot, so I’mma gonna keep her. Hee.

Hooray! My Poadie finally arrived today. It feels like I’ve been waiting foreeeever! And I also need to send a thank you out to Susie, I’m another one who was able to get one of the ‘leftover’ poads thanks to her forum post. ^.^

This is my little guy. I’m pretty darn content with him. I liked most of the ones in the pictures, so I really didn’t have a preferred pattern or anything in mind. I was just hoping for ‘one with an eye stripe’. Or the albino one, since I don’t like that one at all, but I knew that everybody else loved it, and that would have made trading easy. 😛

I WILL consider trades, I’ll be a bit picky since I am fairly happy with him, but I will also consider what else is out there.

The ‘white’ in the pictures is actually much more silvery in person, but it doesn’t photograph with a flash very well.

Safe on the shelf (that space has been reserved for the last six months for a baby poad).

My poad arrived today! I did not really expect him for another 2 weeks…
Unfortunately the package was opened by the customs people and apparently they put the poad card back in really forcefully so it got wrinkled rather bad. I´m just glad the poad survived without any damage!
Isn´t he super cute? I like him very much. A big THANK YOU to Susie who made it possible for me to get one of the “left-overs” 🙂
He has metallic periwinkle eyes and a mostly blue and silver pattern on his back.

Poad card? Mine didn’t come with any cards >.< But it was my first poad so I didn't know they were supposed to…
