But I got him, and he arrived safe and sound, and he’s gorgeous! He’s officially my FIRST Windstone piece (woot!); I have a few PYO’s, but none I’ve kept yet for myself. I’ve wanted to buy the assorted Windstones for years, but alas, too broke.
But yes, I asked for a “typical” griffen in brown shades (and maybe asked for some bird coloring too? I forget); He’s darker in person than her photos show, and there’s really great drybrushing done to bring out the feather textures. I do a lot of crafting with feathers and I love birds, so it seemed like a natural pick. He’s gorgeous Kyrin, thank you again! I need to find a redshoulder hawk photo to post now..
Kyrin- I forget if I asked, but did you paint him by hand with a brush, or is he partially airbrushed? Just curious. 😀

Did you get a delivery conf FauxBird?? I ALWAYS do, just to make sure. :D, that and insurance…I dont want to loose my pretties LOL…that way if anything happens I can at least get the money back and repaint another one. 😯 😀
