I can’t imagine anyone not loving Jen’s feather art. You guys sent me one of her feather’s when I lost my beloved Tristen and I will treasure it forever. It is now residing in a glass case.

How I see it not only is it a beautiful painting but it is also a gift from the heart! You accommodated someone’s wish in a very personal way. That means so much to anyone! Very, very meaningful! A lot of thought and work went into it! Great job and—beautiful painting! 😀

Thank you dragonmedley for the lovely package I woke up to this morning (it arrived while I was still sleeping… my dad signed for it). The box is neat too (forgot to upload the picture of the outside of the box to photobucket). Took me a minute to figure out how to open it… granted, I did just wake up, so I have an excuse 😳 One of the tiles dragonmedley had ordered arrived to her broken, so another one is still on its way (and still a surprise as to what is on it… I’m eagerly awaiting to see which one it is! 🙂 ). The essential oil smells lovely too (I can’t wait to try it out!).
One of the Ferrero Rocher’s was eaten just before breakfast. 😳 I’m trying to be good and make the chocolate last through the weekend. 😀 Thanks again! Definitely a good thing to wake up to. 😀
Oh!! Lindor! Yummy! That is such a wonderful gift! I love the pic of the poads, and I am also wondering what the other coaster looks like. 🙂

D’you think some of my roots took over my subconscious? And the box I used to pack all this used to contain chocolate covered crêpes from France. These boxes look so neat, I kept some to just this type of thing!
I’m glad you got to enjoy chocolate before breakfast, Siberhakh – one must do that once in a while. I expect the replacement tiles to come in next week, so I’ll ship them over as soon as I get them. Oh, the chocolates wouldn’t last me more than a day – if you make them last for the weekend, you have more self-control than me for sure!

I know! I love the boxes (and so much of the chocolates and other goodies) I could get when I was in Austria. I bought a lovely box to transport all the blown glass ornaments I bought my mom while I was there (I just wrapped them in toilet paper and bubblewrap and stacked them neatly, instead of the huge plastic pyramids they came in individually… not conducive to shipping or putting in luggage). They all made it safely and my mom readily knows what box they are in each year. I’m hoping to get over to Oberammergau this summer for their festivities (I don’t want to wait another 10 years when they hold the same festivities again!) and stock up on goodies (and see part of Europe in warm weather this time… I have only been there in January/February. Luckily, those chocolates (Lindt and Ferrero Rocher) are available here, but Mozart Kugeln I only know of one place for those and it’s mail order (or a bit of a drive to their store in VT).
I’ll post a pic of the other tile when it arrives for people to see. 🙂
