Mine was sent out the 9th. When my recipient gets an insured/delivery confirmation mailer from “Jennifer Miller” you’ll know why! I forgot if I put an explanation inside the package or not! Whoops. 😳

I still have nothing nor have I heard from the person I sent to???DM, did you put Delivery Confirmation on the package on your swapee’s gift like you should have? You can check to see if its been delivered that way. It is a busy time of year.
In that vein of things, please be patient on getting your gifts too. Some people have had delays but I know everyone is working on it!
December 14, 2009 at 12:38 am #790039I did but can’t find the reciept so all I can do it hope for the best. I also know this person does not get on line here everyday
December 14, 2009 at 12:53 am #790040Well my tracking number isn’t really working (stupid canada post site’s down…) so I’m relying on the USPS side of it to scan so I know what’s going on…. Hurg. 🙄 Apparently it left Edmonton. I paid extra to ship it there faster so I’m still hoping for next week sometime!
December 14, 2009 at 1:34 am #790041Okay, I finally got a chance to post pics of the spectacular gift eaglefeather gave to me! She painted me a mountain lion, thereby giving me the two things I love very much: Original art & mountain lions. This piece is absolutely gorgeous, painted on a large stretched canvas. I’m blown away that she would make such a piece for me. Plus, she said this is the first time she’s painted a mammalian creature! I am flattered. <3
Pic of the card she sent with it. 🙂
Thank you so much, eaglefeather. This a very special gift you have given me, one I will treasure always. 🙂

December 14, 2009 at 2:02 am #790043I know, I’m honored that she would do this for me! And believe me, I have just the right place for it on my wall! 😀

December 14, 2009 at 7:37 pm #790049squeek* squeek* I am so glad you love it!!!
I was reading your form, and I saw that you liked mountain lions, so I thought, well, maybe I will paint one for her? And then, I saw that you loved original art, so I am like, YEP! That will be her gift!!
I am truly honored that you have a place for it on your wall, and I am very flattered by all of the comments! 🙂 I am so happy! I love that you love it!!!
*scrapes Dm off the floor* lolEdit to add, that maybe I should have clarified about not painting a mammalian creature before–it is the first time I have painted a furry mammalian creature! I have painted people before though! 🙂
HEre is also the picture that I used to paint it. It is from National Geographic:
