Male Hearth....one day🤞Dream on.Yesterday, At&t cut a fiber optic cable that took out ALL cell signal (and most of the internet) for the whole county for the whole day. Not only that, at&t also severed 911 connections for 8 hours. All so they can improve their 4g network.
After hearing about drag0nfeather’s troubles, mine seem minor but I’m going to whine anyway. I’ve been saving money to pay back taxes – I was told I had until Oct 22. I finally got all that I owed them and went on line last night with EFTPS, the Treasury service that lets you pay taxes electronically for no fee. I had registered a few months ago, had received PIN number and enrollment numbers in the mail (and read everything that came with them) so I was set to go. Made the payment, no problem, until I got to the end: payments must be made by 8 pm EST of the day BEFORE they are due. I’m in California and my payment went in at 5:50 pm PST. I’m late by 50 min and the penalty? 100% of what was late…..i.e. my entire tax debt. Procrastinating SUCKS!!!! and it has bitten me on the butt again….. whine, whine, whine!!!!!
My whine… I’m really missing E. He decided to stay in Idaho with his dad and S and I are in Utah. Have to finish closing up the apartment and moving everything and going to Idaho makes me sick to my stomach. I’m afraid that E will be negatively influenced by his dad and that I won’t see him again. He hides from me out in the back fields or up trees when he knows I’m coming. He’s told me he can see me and hear me calling from where he hides but he refuses to come out until after I’ve left.

None of my costumes fit anymore. I went to a Halloween party tonight and I could barely squeeze into my ten faire corset (not in a good wat at least). Now what am I going to do for a costume for work on Thursday and the ball on Friday?
Spent the last four days in the hospital. Internal bleeding. Got 2 units of plasma, 2 units of blood and scoped from both ends. No fun. They stopped the bleeding but never found out for sure what was bleeding. They do believe the blood thinner I was on caused it, so I’m off that now. Hated taking it anyway. It’s the second time it’s put me in the hospital. The good thing is, they found and removed two polyps, and one of them was pre-cancerous. I guess finding those was worth it.
^Whew, yes, it’s good they found that! Sorry to hear about the stuff you had to go through, though. 🙁 Oh what mortal shells we dwell in!

October 31 location: New Jersey (it passed me and went to the state to the east of me!)
