Snowiest month of the year for us. 😛March 8, 2011 at 5:13 pm #820631Us too. Though I guess we did it to ourselves… There’ve been so many years of drought in the area that farms are failing left and right, so “we” have been praying for rain, moisture, whatever so our neighbors don’t lose their farms, homes, jobs. 🙄 🙄 🙄 Be careful what you pray for ’cause you may get it! 😈

March 17, 2011 at 3:08 pm #839880I don’t like this new forum.
March 17, 2011 at 3:52 pm #839882I am so confused on here (I am blonde and all…)! Anyone know a shortcut to get to new topics without sifting through old ones and blank pages? It could just be that i’m on a phone, but…
March 17, 2011 at 5:00 pm #839889I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOST!!! (and I’m blonde, too…) HELP! S.O.S.!!! There’s gotta be an easier way to navigate this shiney new site – a tutorial? maybe? *grin*

March 17, 2011 at 5:09 pm #839891All right… I am learning this forum right alongside you guys. I did get a peek at it when they started to make it but other than that I really am fumbling right along too.
Make sure you check this out:
http://www.windstoneeditions.com/about-this-siteOkay now then, in order to see the newest topics (instead of the oldest ones) on any given forum page, you will need to look at the top where it says:
Topics | Replies | Created | Last Reply^
Then click on Last Reply where the little arrow is. It will re-sort the topics so that the newest show first, instead of sorting them in chronological order. It seems to default to chronological, annoyingly. Hopefully we can get that fixed.
Can anyone post new topics yet? I can’t. It’s also slooooowww. Maybe they are still working on it!!

My art: featherdust.comMarch 17, 2011 at 5:25 pm #839895Ive tried posting new topics and they aren’t showing up. I hope Clay will try and fix the “you have to click on an arrow to see the most recent posts in a forum” thing.
March 17, 2011 at 5:25 pm #839896How am I going to know who anybody is when I can’t see their avatar!? 🙁 😀
March 17, 2011 at 6:29 pm #839908I haven’t tried to do a new post yet, and I can get around this new mess ok. my main complaint is having to go to each section, then each topic to see the new posts. I really like the view new posts on the first page of the old forum because then I didn’t miss anything. everything came up in order of posts. whether it was the pyo section, flea market or caturday thread.(community):(
March 17, 2011 at 6:37 pm #839909Clay is working on fixing this problem.
March 17, 2011 at 6:43 pm #839911It just takes practice to train your fingers where the useful buttons are.
Most functions are still here… somewhere.
Were there really over 150 people online at once? That seems like a lot!March 17, 2011 at 6:56 pm #839916It seems he’s already fixed the chronological ordering of the topics, yay!

My art: featherdust.comMarch 17, 2011 at 6:57 pm #839918Once we get the forum working properly, I am going to make a topic for suggestions so that Clay can look into adding them to this forum. 🙂

My art: featherdust.comMarch 17, 2011 at 6:57 pm #839919I managed to update my pyo batch with new photos but i can’t edit the post name to show that there has been an update T_T to be honest i miss the simplicity of the old set up. it’ll take a little bit to get used to.
