New to the forum! I have a huge huge squeak here. I love love love the “Black Oil” test paints that you sold on eBay. I so far do not own any Windstones but if that ever goes into production I’d have to save up and get them. I’m a huge huge sucker for the Black and rainbow types of color schemes. I’d love to see these dragons be made available for all 💞🥺

I second Drag0nfeathers’ squeak.
I would also squeak for more Ocelot griffins, Ocelot hippogriffs would be really cool too, sitting ponycorns and baby hippogriffs in fantasy grab bags.
Also, have you ever considered doing the non-dragons in peacock as a production color? I think everything would look great in that! Also in pastel rainbow.

One more squeak.
I really like the brimstone coloring, but the heavy black antiquing on feathers and fur bugs me. Maybe consider doing a batch of griffons without it (more like the feathers on the black sunset?) for those who might prefer them that way? It would actually save a step, wouldn’t it?

Bald Eagle Griffins!

One of my biggest wishes isn’t one specific sculpt, but more of a general wish. There are no production colors of any sculpt or creature family that has green eyes. Zero dragons with green eyes. No current Griffins (I know the retired Wolf Griffins had them). No Unicorns. Not even any of the large winged Cats (other than maybe Desert Opal). There is so much blue, but no green. Please consider doing a production color with green eyes.

Also, please restock Amethyst Curled dragons. They are not officially retired, but are listed in the postponed production section.

I have a note that indicates that the Curled Dragon in Amethyst may be actually have been retired when we retired the Amethyst dragon family. I will have to research this! -Susie

I did find this on the page:

“Note: as of 1/16/14 the coloring on these is a bit different from before, with blue along the spine rather than purple – The picture is the current coloring.”

I guess it could go either way since most of the other pieces were retired in 2015.

I think the Curled was supposed to be retired since we made them in Amethyst prior to the mass retirement of Amethyst in 2015. My notes say not to retire the Oriental Dragons in Amethyst because we had made so few of those, but to retire the rest of the dragons. We’ve all been regarding it as retired all this time. I am confirming with Melody that it should be retired. -Susie

Well, that will be sad news if the Curly is really retired. But, hopefully if the Ori isn’t retired you will make more of those someday. All of these Amethyst pieces came out during a time when I wasn’t collecting and had no clue of their existence. Plus, other gorgeous pieces like the Violet Flame Ori set.
