I am feeling your pain right now. I even dug up your old thread to see what can keep me occupied now that me and my man are separated. Hopefully the time will go by fast for both of us. Only a few more months for you girl!! 😀

😈 *Bwa ha ha* My husband took his last ever PT test for the Army today. He passed. He went to his last range back in February. Passed it too.

He’s still got a little longer for his deployment, but we’ve already been told when our mail cut off date is. 😀 That’s a good thing! I’m just glad that Father’s Day cards came out soon enough to make it in my last package to him.

After he gets home it will only be a few months before he’s out of the Army. It’s nice to actually see an end to it all.

                      1 year, 1 month, 1 week, 1 day

That’s what my deployment ticker said last night. It has been counting up since the day my husband left and will continue to do so until he comes home. The good thing is it’s almost over with.

Now that it’s the end of the deployment I’m finding it harder and harder to focus on anything. I’m so glad I’ll be going to visit my parents a little later this week for a week so I have something to distract me. 🙂 Once I get back home I have just enough time to worry about getting the house really cleaned up before he gets home.

Yay, this is going to take some major adjustment, but will be worth it. I bet it is going to be weird having him home all the time again.

We’re going through similar changes here. My husband Kris has finally taken a local job and will now be home everyday, after 3 years of only being home on Wed. and the weekends.

It is going to be very odd for awhile, since our roommate and I have a set routine for the days of the week based on when Kris is here and when he’s not.

Mostly to do with what we cook for dinner/when Kris isn’t here we make things he hates. 🙂 And TV watching, we both watch shows Kris doesn’t like when he isn’t here. It will take some adjustments to our schedules but we’ll get used to it.

                        Yay!

How much longer until he’s finally home?

Edit: I’m sure it will be an adjustment! My hubby and I were long distance our entire relationship pretty much (he moved to my city and within a few weeks of moving he proposed), and it was always an adjustment when we’d spend time together after so long apart.
