I am just super stoked today and wanted to share… last weekend I participated in the Kona Ironman 70.3 (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run) and finished in 7:53. Not a spectacular time by any means, but I did it. Yesterday, I did a 6 mile run with our company and today I had a sprint triathlon (400m swim, 10 mile bike, and 5k run). I wasn’t planning on going all out because of the 6 miler yesterday, but I felt good and finished in 1:09, placing FIRST in my age group!!! It’s just been a happy week and I wanted to share…

Thank you!! So I came on here yesterday looking for a heck yeah thread and I couldn’t locate it right away and figured I was mistaken and there was no heck yeah thread… So I posted this “heck yeah” post here. Now the heck yeah thread is right on the first page. Go figure. Seems like the whine is served thread is always on page 1.
