Having my first real issue with a forum transaction. :/
That sucks. It’s never good when that happens. Sometimes Jennifer can help, but I know Windstone can’t do anything about transactions thru the forum as a rule. Hope it gets worked out.
In the mean time…. I am now in my 28th hour of work at Home Depot for the past 2 days x.x
I am freaking a ZOMBIE right now! Freaking Tax Free weekend in MA is BRUTAL! Only another hour an a half and I am GONE! Good news is I have like 15 hours of overtime ^_^ Great cause I have to fix my truck again AND Shaun’s car. Bah! Why do couples cars always break down at the EXACT same time!?Got a busted Windstone?

are these packages your sending out or are they being mailed to you? either way that sucks!

LOL Im sorry Drag0n-that’s kind of a funny mental picture though. I hate the post office. They are only good for letters-and maybe CDS/DVDs…well not even that-I remember your anime debaucle.
I just sold one of my Windstones on ebay-YAY….but the winning bidder lives in ALASKA and shipping from Texas to Alaska is very expensive (apparantly)-$45 insured at the post office or $55 with FedEx or $60 with UPS. O.O ITS ONE FREAKING 9LB BOX! So I lost the sale because of it *shakes fist at ebay in general* I guess TRULY its my fault-I never figured anyone from Alaska or Hawaii would be bidding on my stuff and figured $18 shipping would do it.
So I refund the buyer’s money and Im looking through my ebay account to figure out how I can get a refund on my final value fee-$8 bucks! so Im digging around…and I see that EBAY CHARGES A FINAL VALUE FEE ON ***SHIPPING*** omg!! I hate ebay! But if I cant sell stuff on the forums-Ive made over $600 selling on ebay in the past-I owe them $55 in sellers fees actually, so with the good comes the bad but final value fees on shipping? WTF!?!!

Go to the Resolution Center and it will walk you through cancelling it. They’ll send an email to the buyer asking if they agree to cancel it and then you’ll get your fees back.
I think it is ridiculous that they charge fees on shipping now!! If there was another auction site as popular as eBay, but with lower fees, I would be DONE with eBay’s crap.

Packages coming to me. So far I haven’t had a problem with things I send out *knock on wood* I’ve been waiting for a particular thing for a while now and thought I’d send an email to check up to find out the information said it was delivered already on the 13th. I called the USPS phone line, had to SCREAM and SWEAR and repeatedly dial zero like 20 times before they would connect me to a live person.
I HATE (I mean REALLY HATE) that Consumer Affairs number. It’s all voice commands so like 10 times I have to hear this polite automated voice go
“I’m sorry I didn’t quite hear that. Did you say schedule a pick up?”
“NO! Customer Service”
“Okay, schedule a pick up”
“NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
“Okay Track a Package, please say your tracking number”
(okay fine, I’ll play, so I give the tracking number)
“Please wait while I locate your package…. I’m sorry, there is no information on that number at this time. Please check later. Main Menu”
“Oh my god! Customer Service!!”
“I’m sorry, did you say Customer Service?”
“YES! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD YES!”
“I’m sorry, this automated system is accurate and customer service is not an option at this time”
“WTF!!! *so I start to name call the automated system*
“Thank you, Goodbye” *click*
(As I shake and almost crush my pre paid cellphone in anger because I waste like 25 minutes to just get hung up on) I wanted to punch something! When I got home I had to scream in a pillow!!! That’s not healthy right!? OMG! Just thinking about it again makes me so angry!
So I had to call again and I just pressed zero OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER until I finally got a “Please wait, I’ll connect you to customer service” At this point there is a vein or two bulging from my head and I am WAY madder then I would have been if they would have JUST CONNECTED ME TO A PERSON IN THE FIRST PLACE! >_<

I tried to find out where a package was without the tracking no and could not get past that annoying voice . I hit zero to get a real person . No that voice still wanted the tracking no . I could not give them something I didn’t have !

I am not kidding you!
They figure if you’re determined enough you’ll find a way to get through, and if you don’t get through then you musn’t have needed to speak with them all that much |(
Drag0n! I’m so sorry about this new screw up! I was just talking with some colleagues this morning about how frustrating it is that bad customer service and mistakes are now the norm rather than the exception. Sorry to read that it’s no better in the US than in Canada…

the tax refund one kept trying to make me give info no matter how many times I yelled customer service at it…I started yelling NO!! over and over until it let me through…I also tried cursing a lot since I’ve heard systems used to patch you through before trying the NO! but that didn’t work…
