Oooo!!!!! Please??? *puppy eyes*
I’m still sad that she won’t be a garden dragon, I’ve known exactly where she would sit in my garden since I saw the preview pic of her years ago. But seeing her made as a production piece, stone, distressed metal pretty much anything would be awesome!
I like the spectral eyes but would have to save up for her regardless of which eyes you choose.PS – Could we see a pic of her with Spectral eyes? 🙂
September 15, 2011 at 7:40 pm #856659What, you mean you DIDN’T sculpt the bearded dragon???? 😉 He would make a perfect model for a new indoor rock dragon…and he is indeed perfect on that mound there. He just needs a shorter tail that doesnt extend onto the table.
I would love the “garden” dragon with spectral eyes. Melody, I thought you were making a “garden wolf” and wanted to put spectral eyes in him but they caused fires when the sun hit them? Of course if this was an indoor piece, it wouldn’t be a problem.
Speaking of which, what ever happened to that wolf statue?
Chopper IS my model.

I like this idea best, because it involve NO WORK on the sculpture! YAY!!
September 15, 2011 at 8:01 pm #856661I say go for it!
September 15, 2011 at 8:32 pm #856665I would like to see a pic of her with dichroic eyes.
September 16, 2011 at 7:54 am #856698I am definitely liking this idea. Now I’m thinking automaton dragons and tech mages.

-J R R TolkienSeptember 16, 2011 at 4:24 pm #856728She could be the indoor garden dragon. I just got finished fixing up a new painting/work bench and in our sunroom it doubles for holding window plants and orchids. She would look perfect with globed eyes sitting among the indoor greenery.
September 16, 2011 at 10:07 pm #856774I think I’d prefer normal eyes as opposed to the spectral eyes (sorry guys, I’m not overly fond of spectrals), especially if this ends up being a really big PYO.
Same here. Sorry…

September 17, 2011 at 2:16 am #856802I like the spectral eyes. So either way, I wouldn’t care what eyes it had.
I would like to it as a pyo though. The idea of being able to paint a massive pyo is pleasing. Daunting, yes, but still a nice thought.
September 25, 2011 at 12:42 am #857935She really wouldn’t work as an Empress. She is too big. The Emperor is tall, but his body isn’t that big.
But there are many examples in nature of the female being bigger then the male, while in dragons it may not be, maybe in this one sub-species (color).
September 25, 2011 at 12:48 am #857936If it was a PYO then yes, normal eyes. If it was production then I’d say spectral eyes. She smiles like a Spectral ^_^
