Hi everyone:
Since we have not had a Spring PYO swap set in motion yet and with many of us watching our funds for the Kickstarter,I was wondering if you guys would like a Foo Pup swap instead?It has been a long time since we did and they are not very expensive to purchase and ship.I have a lot of time on my hands right now so I can handle this.
Sign up date is April 1st.,cut off date April 21st.ship date by May 22nd..Mailing before the 22nd is fine.Please let me know.
Please email me here or at bodines.ward@gmail.com and I will keep track of them and send out your swapee’s address on April 22nd.
Be sure and send me your name/forum name and your address in sign up mssg..
How many you wish to swap,one or two
Please give the artist an idea of how you would like it…color scheme etc.
Don’t forget to send a Fuzzy along for the ride if you have one to spare to keep the Pup company.Candy doesn’t hurt either.It may get hungry you know.
Just purchase your blank from the store and have fun!!
Please post pictures after the recipient gets their Foo.

Yeah, everyone, I’ll be out of the PYO swap organizing for a while… even participating, actually.

Fooie Pups! Fooie Pups!
I’m IN! I think I can work a Fooie or twoie in by May 22nd…

My sister and I am visiting our brother and his partner in Florida the first weekend in May, and I can paint them while I’m there! I’ll have FREE TIME! Finally some FREE TIME! No work, no yard work, no housework! A smaller PYO sculpt that might not take a lot of time to paint…. I may actually be able to join the PYO Swap this time! Yah!

“Sign up date is April 1st.,cut off date April 21st.ship date by May 22nd” – do you mean that sign ups start on April 1 and run until April 21?

When I first read it I thought that people only had a few days to sign up (March 30, March 31, and April 1). That would be a small window to get names in!

3 weeks,starting April 1st, to sign up and a month to get it and paint it.They are small so should not take too long to do but if more time is needed I do not see a problem extending ship date at all.

I’ll wait for the next round – I’m not a fan of the foops, and they seem extra fiddly to paint. My old lady eyes need bigger pieces to work on 😉

I would like to do it, but I am not that good at painting I shake a little and would not have somebody get mad for it not being so good. If it just you two maybe you will let me try?

I think you should join if you want to – you probably paint better than you think and the idea is to get together with others and share your enthusiasm and have fun!
